This is a simple body awareness practice. It includes guided instructions as well as silent moments - for you to return to the quiet presence of your body, however you woke up feeling today. My recommendation is to meditate with the track for 2-3 days (preferably in the morning). Then, the idea is for you to eventually sit on your own - maybe with just a timer, maybe just you - recalling whatever stayed. And if nothing stuck? That’s okay too. Just showing up is the practice!
