
Mind Relaxation

This is a semi-guided Mind Relaxation Meditation offered to help you soften both body and mind in open awareness. I invite you to listen to it 2-3 times (preferably the first half of the day), and then maybe practice on your own. If the track feels longer than what you usually do - feel free to listen once for guidance - and then do whatever duration feels most natural for you (or just until the cat jumps on you, whichever comes first). This track is best experienced if you’ve already explored some form of body relaxation work. If you haven’t practiced any before, I’d encourage you to first try the “Body Presence” meditation (my previous track) or any other teacher’s work - I especially recommend Bodhipaksa and Rick Hanson's body scans.
