Ana Aureline

Ana has been meditating, teaching and hosting local holistic mindfulness events for over a decade, but remains just another meditator - learning and unlearning alongside her students every day. Her meditations are grounded in real life: not for escaping the world, but for learning how to stay beautifully present within it. Trained in the MIDL Insight Meditation system and the Kadampa Buddhist tradition, her approach centers on effortless, non-dual mindfulness in daily life. Her work blends deep rest with meditations in nature, often through Forest Bathing (Shinrin-yoku) events and moments of stillness outdoors (hiking, kayaking, swimming). After having lived in many countries around the world - Argentina, Ukraine, Italy, South Korea - Ana is now settled by the Mediterranean coast, finding inspiration in turquoise waters, scenic cliffs and endless light. (The sea is her co-teacher, though it’s far better at staying calm!)
