This meditation can help you find more balance in your body and in your life. The meditation starts with alternate nostril breathing (with step-by-step instructions) then moves to breathing in through your right arm and exhaling through your left arm and then reversing that. Then it moves to alternating breathing through the right and left legs and then transitions to alternating breathing between the right arm and leg and the left arm and leg. The optional mantra used during the final portion of the meditation: So Hum (I Am That). The practice concludes with one Om.
