This beginner-friendly meditation can be used to help calm a busy mind. It starts with bringing awareness to the breath, then noticing how the mind feels in the moment, and then breathing calming and loving energy to the mind. Once the mind is calmer, the meditation shifts to asking your mind if there is something that it needs to share with you right now, then coming up with one small step that you can take to meet that need.
