Hello and welcome.

Today we will be working on manifesting and bringing to fruition something that you desire.

Get into a comfortable position.

This can be seated or lying down.

I prefer to sit in lotus pose when I manifest with a tall spine.

Just get comfortable with however you prefer to sit.

Now take a deep breath in and out.

Start from the top of your head and end at your toes and I want you to scan your body.

Notice anything in your body right now that sticks out to you.

Just notice it.

You don't need to change it.

Now feel free to breathe into spaces that may feel sore or tight or painful or anywhere that you feel like just needs a little bit of love in your attention.

Breathe in and imagine that breath going to that spot in your body.

Now I would like for you to bring into your mind something that you desire right now.

Preferably just pick one thing.

One thing you really really desire right now in your life.

Visualize that thing.

Now visualize that it is yours.

That you have accomplished whatever this desire is.

See yourself in it.

It's all around you.

Feel into the emotions that come forward when you visualize this.

Amplify those emotions.

Allow your body to fully feel this desire.

Tune into your body.

How does your body feel with this desire achieved?

Scan through your body and notice how you feel.

Hold on to these emotions and these feelings that came forward now and carry these with you throughout your day.

Now release any attachment to this thing you desire.

Release it as it is already done and this thing that you desire is yours.

There's no need for attachments and feelings of want and desire.

Only push it away.

Feel into this thing being yours now.

It is done and so it is.

What you seek seeks you.

The universe is conspiring in your favor.

You have just manifested.

It's that easy.

Come back to these feelings as much as you can with non-attachment and a belief that it is yours.

Take a deep breath in and out.

Your manifestation is complete.

If you do desire you can also manifest through writing.

You can get a piece of paper and you can write this all out.

Again feeling into those emotions and writing in first person like it is yours and it is here now.
