Welcome to the Medicine Within meditation.
Begin by getting comfortable.
Closing your eyes and allowing yourself to settle into your body.
Take a slow,
Deep breath in your nose and exhale gently through your mouth.
With each inhale,
Draw life force and strength into your body.
With each exhale,
Release tension,
Doubt,
And any stories that do not serve your highest self.
You are safe.
You are supported.
You are here.
A powerful woman reclaiming her space in the world.
If you feel called,
You can call in guides,
Ancestors,
Your highest self,
Spirit of the medicine,
Or anything you feel called to invite now.
Now bring your awareness to the top of your head.
Breathe in.
Notice any subtle sensations here.
Warmth,
Tingling,
Energy.
Slowly scan downward through your body.
The forehead,
The eyes,
The jaw.
Let each area soften as your awareness passes through.
Allow your shoulders to drop,
Your heart to open.
Continue scanning downward to your feet.
Feeling rooted,
Grounded,
And deeply connected to the earth beneath you.
Now bring your attention to the center of your chest,
Your heart space.
Visualize a soft golden light glowing there,
Or any color that resonates with you.
This is your inner medicine,
Your innate power,
Your wisdom.
With each breath,
Feel this light expanding,
Filling your entire body with warmth,
Courage,
And clarity.
This is your truth.
This is your strength.
This is the power that has been in you all along.
As you sit in this light,
Allow yourself to release any beliefs or conditioning that tell you your power is limited.
Now I will leave you with a mantra for a couple of minutes.
Notice what arises.
Any sensation,
Words,
Images,
Or simply a feeling.
Or simply just be with the mantra.
I am whole.
I am capable.
I honor my intuition and my body's wisdom.

Begin to release the mantra.
You can now ask yourself and receive whatever comes without judgment.
Allowing insights,
Emotions,
Or visions to flow freely,
Knowing you are safe to feel,
To know,
And to be.
You can ask,
What do I need most right now on my journey of healing and self-discovery?

Just sit with that question for a minute.
Now releasing the question,
Receiving any information,
And taking a deep breath.
Letting gratitude wash through you.
Gratitude for your body,
Your breath,
And your inner medicine.
Acknowledge the courage it takes to reclaim your power and live your truth.
You can now thank any ancestors or guides,
If you invited anyone,
Your highest self.
Thank them for being here with you today.
And when you're ready,
You can open your eyes and return to this present moment.
And you can carry this connection with you,
Your strength,
Your wisdom,
And your light,
Into every space that you enter.
This all exists within you.
