Welcome,

Beloved.

My name is Alok.

You've arrived at the sanctuary of your own breath.

Gentle rhythm that always brings you home.

This practice is a practice of heart coherence,

Breathing love into being.

Find a position that feels both grounded and easeful.

Let your body settle into stillness,

Like a stone resting in a stream.

Close your eyes if they're not closed already,

And turn your intention inward.

Simply begin to feel.

Notice the breath moving through you.

Inhale like a tide rising,

And exhale like a wave returning home.

No need to control anything.

Just witness.

Let your breath be enough.

Gently bring your hand to rest over your heart in the center of your chest.

Feel the warmth of your palm.

See if you can tune into the subtle rhythm beneath it.

This constant rhythm that's always there to remind us to slow down,

Listen,

Come home to ourselves,

And to trust the intelligence of life moving through us.

Begin to breathe with your heart,

As if each inhale expands its light,

And each exhale softens its walls.

Imagine breath flowing in and out of your heart center.

Warm,

Smooth,

And continuous.

Breathe in this light,

Feel it expand,

Sending loving-kindness to every cell of your body.

As you exhale,

Feel your body surrender and let go of any tension.

Let your nervous system feel this rhythm,

Coherent and calm.

Like the breeze in the trees,

Or the silence beneath the sound.

Now we'll move on to releasing with the sound HA.

Speech mantra for the heart chakra.

HA can be very effective in helping to release tension.

So with your next breath in,

Receive nourishment into the heart.

Visualize the color green,

The color of the heart chakra.

And as you exhale,

Gently whisper a soft HA.

Inhale again,

Filling your body with love and kindness.

Each breath in,

Feeling more love for yourself.

Each breath out,

Using that sound to let your heart remember how it is to love.

Breath of truth,

Breath of freedom.

Continue for a few more rounds.

Inhaling presence,

Exhaling sound HA.

Let the sound fade now and return to a quiet breath.

Blowing through your nose,

In and out.

Just feeling into your heart center.

What lives here now?

Let your heart speak.

Not in words,

But in warmth.

Be present with the sensations in your heart.

Feel gratitude for each beat of your heart.

Feel it pumping this precious fluid throughout your body.

Filling every cell with this energy of love,

Acceptance,

And gratitude.

Feel that energy of the heart expanding outwards beyond your skin.

Surrounding your body in this beautiful bubble,

Peaceful healing energy.

Start to deepen your breath here with each inhale.

Visualize that energy expanding outwards.

Sending this love and kindness to anyone in your life who needs it.

Taking another breath and expanding even further to all those who are suffering in the world.

Just feel your body here resting in this field of care and love.

You've just reconnected to something ancient.

A bridge between the heart and the breath.

Feeling the heart as a lighthouse and love your original language.

Place both hands over your heart now and offer yourself one final blessing if you like.
