Welcome beautiful soul.

Let's take a moment to simply arrive to this present moment by taking a deep breath in through our nose.

Exhale it out.

Reminding yourself that this is your time just for you.

Continuing to follow your breath as you inhale through the nose.

Exhale through the nose.

Finding yourself a comfortable seat.

Something that feels supportive and safe for your body.

Gently closing your eyes.

Allowing your jaw to relax.

Inhale,

Bring your shoulders to your ears.

Exhale,

Dropping your shoulders with love.

Taking a deep breath in through the nose.

And exhale,

Sigh it out.

One more deep breath in.

And exhale,

Release.

Allowing yourself to soften with each breath.

Allowing yourself to land with each exhale.

Allowing your breath to settle into a natural rhythm.

There's nothing to fix,

Nothing to force.

Everything's perfect being here with yourself.

Now bring your awareness to your heart.

Option to bring your hands to your heart.

Taking a deep breath in.

Exhaling out.

Connecting to your heart.

And asking yourself,

How do I want to feel today?

Allowing that answer to rise gently.

Knowing that there's no wrong answer.

Now ask,

Who do I want to be today?

Let your truth guide you.

Now set one clear,

Powerful intention for your day.

Something that resonates with you.

Something that resonates with your heart.

Not a to-do list,

But a way of being.

Saying this silently to yourself.

Today I choose to be instead of do.

Breathing that into your body.

You are the creator of your experience.

Let this intention be your anchor.

Taking one final breath in.

And exhale it out.

Feel the power of this new day.

Letting go of anything that no longer serves you.

And when you're ready,

You can gently open your eyes.

Take a deep inhale in.

Awaken the body.

And carry your intention forward.

With presence,

Purpose,

And the inner power that you hold.
