Welcome,

Beautiful soul.

Let's take a moment to find stillness,

Allowing your body to settle.

Whether you're seated or laying down,

Make sure you're comfortable.

Gently closing your eyes,

Taking a deep breath in through the nose and exhaling slowly through the mouth,

Letting it all go.

Again,

Inhale,

Exhale out,

Letting the breath guide you back to this moment,

This moment of truth,

Of presence,

Of love,

Allowing each breath to soften your body,

Your mind,

And your energy.

There is nowhere else you need to be,

Nothing else you need to do,

Just be here with your heart.

Bring your attention to the space of your chest,

Your heart area.

You might even place one hand or both hands over your heart,

Connecting to your heart,

Feeling your chest rise and fall as you keep breathing in and out,

Feeling your breath nourish the sacred space that lies within you,

Taking a moment to say silently,

I am safe to open,

I am safe to feel,

I am safe to love.

If it feels safe,

Imagine a gentle light glowing within your chest,

Soft,

Radiant,

Expanding with each breath.

This is your heart's energy,

Alive and divine.

Often we protect our hearts,

We armor them with stories of the past,

With fear,

Doubt,

Or disappointment,

But right now,

Let's invite softness,

Not forcing anything,

Just an invitation.

Repeating in your mind,

It's safe to let go,

It's safe to feel love again.

I release what no longer serves my heart.

With every exhale,

Imagine melting away a layer of armor in your heart,

Noticing what shifts.

Now breathe into your heart with the intention of expansion.

Feel the space growing,

Softening,

Opening.

Visualize a loving energy flowing through you.

Letting it flow from your heart,

Filling your chest,

Your arms,

Your body,

Letting it expand beyond you,

Radiating into the room,

Into the world.

Your heart is a source of love,

Endless,

Unconditional,

And powerful.

Repeat this silently in your mind.

I am open to give and receive love.

My heart is powerful.

My heart is free.

I lead with love.

Allow yourself to rest in this open state,

No effort,

Just presence.

Notice how your body feels now.

Notice the energy around your heart,

Allowing it to remind you that love is your nature.

You've never lost it.

You're simply remembering.

Begin to bring awareness back to the room by taking in a deep breath,

Wiggling your fingers and your toes,

Taking another deep breath in through the nose,

Cleansing breath in and let it out with a sigh.

Placing your hands over your heart once more and thanking yourself for showing up for you,

For feeling,

For opening,

For being.

And when you're ready,

Gently blink your eyes open and carry this open-hearted energy into your day.

Namaste.
