Hello and good morning.
I am so glad you are here and thank you for choosing me as your guide.
Before the day begins and before anyone needs you for anything,
This is your time.
So just allow yourself to gently arrive here in this perfect present moment.
You don't need to sit or lie down in a special way and you don't need to feel calm already.
You just need to be here.
So let's begin by taking one long slow breath in through the nose and just gently sigh it out through the mouth.
And again in your own time and just letting your shoulders drop as you do.
One more time.
Long slow breath in and breathing out.
Letting your body relax.
Beautiful.
Now just let your breath settle into its own natural rhythm.
You don't need to control it.
Just breathe naturally.
Let's bring your attention to the top of your head and just notice without judgment how it feels.
Does it feel tight or foggy?
Heavy perhaps?
Or clear?
Begin to imagine a warm golden light gathering just above you.
And this is Reiki energy.
Life force energy.
And it's always available to you.
And it responds to your intention.
And with each breath in,
Feel this warm light beginning to pour gently down through the crown of your head like warm honey.
Slow and golden and kind.
And it moves through your forehead,
Softening any tension,
Releasing any worry.
And it's moving down through your jaw,
Through your neck,
Just allowing those muscles to release.
This energy doesn't rush.
And it finds every tight corner and it warms it.
And just feel it moving across your shoulders,
Down your arms and into your hands.
Let the warmth of the Reiki energy just pool into your chest now,
Around your heart.
And just notice what's there this morning in your heart center.
There's no wrong answers.
Just breathe into it.
And let the Reiki light hold it gently.
That warm,
Loving,
Kind glow.
You don't have to fix anything right now.
You just have to allow yourself to be held.
And the warmth continues down through your stomach,
Through your hips,
Down through your legs,
And all the way to the soles of your feet.
And you are full of warm golden light from the crown of your head to the soles of your feet.
And now I'd like you to set one gentle intention for your day.
So not a goal,
Not a task,
But a way of being.
It might be patience or presence or simply kindness towards yourself.
Whatever word or feeling comes first,
Just trust it.
Trust that it's yours for today.
If it feels good,
Place one hand on your heart and silently or out loud say to yourself,
Today I allow myself to receive as well as give.
I move through this day with Reiki energy flowing through me.
I am supported.
I am held.
I am enough.
Take one more deep breath in,
Filling right up.
And a long,
Slow breath out.
And just begin to bring gentle movement back into your fingers and toes.
And when you're ready,
Slowly open your eyes.
You've already done something beautiful for yourself today.
And the day hasn't even really begun yet.
So carry this warmth with you.
