Hello and welcome.

My name is Ainsley and I am so happy you are here.

This morning meditation is designed to help you start your day in a calm and positive way.

So before you start your day give yourself this time to fully be present with yourself.

Right here,

Right now.

Let's create the calm and positive day that you deserve.

And towards the end of the meditation I will be sending distant Reiki energy.

If you do not wish to receive the energy then please end the meditation there.

But if you would like to receive the Reiki there's nothing you need to do.

Just breathe,

Relax and receive.

Okay so let's take a gentle inhale through the nose and exhale slowly out.

Take a moment to sit or lie down comfortably.

Perhaps rolling your shoulders away from your ears and just releasing any tension in the jaw.

And just gently scanning the body for any holding or any clenching.

Especially around hands or the feet.

And just feel your physical body relaxing and softening.

And you can say in your mind or just quietly to yourself,

I invite my body to soften and receive.

So imagine you are standing bare feet at the edge of the ocean.

Perhaps it's a place that you have been to before.

You feel safe here.

You feel held.

You feel the cool sand beneath your feet.

And a gentle breeze brushes past your skin.

And the warm sun fills you with peace and with ease.

You hear the rhythmic sound of the waves.

Each wave brings you a sense of calm.

And each wave carries away any heaviness or tension.

The sound of the waves steadies your breathing.

And you notice your breath becomes slower and deeper.

And as the gentle waves continue to move,

You begin to feel more grounded and more like you.

You feel more aligned with your breath and with your energy.

You look out into the horizon and place one hand over your heart.

And you instantly feel a sense of joy and connection.

And you know that no matter what challenges you may face,

You have the power to stay calm,

Positive,

And aligned.

You are the master of your destiny.

And you have everything you need.

Let's take another inhale in through the nose.

And exhale slowly out.

We're going to take a few moments to soak in and receive these calm and positive affirmations.

I return to myself with gentleness.

I choose presence over perfection.

My energy is precious and I protect it with love.

I trust that life is guiding me even when I can't see the full picture.

I am open to the magic of today.

I'm going to tune in now and start sending the Reiki.

You may feel warmth,

Waves of energy,

But whatever you feel or don't feel,

Just trust that it's right for you.

Thank you for choosing to spend your time and energy with me today.

I truly appreciate it.

And I wish you so much calm and positivity as you step forward into your day.
