Let's tune into your breath.
Let us connect to your higher being,
Your inner source of guidance and wisdom.
As we sit with our eyes closed,
Become aware of any bodily sensations that might need softening.
Sitting up straight,
Find a comfortable position,
Refining your posture by lengthening upwards towards the crown of your head.
Staying here for a moment,
Focus on your breath.
As we focus on our breathing,
Let us connect to a higher self that rests within us all.
This inner self knows what to do when we are presented with choices.
This inner self knows how to act from a sense of inner knowing.
This inner self is unshakable when storms come to disrupt our path.
In meditation,
This inner light,
That which connects us to our higher self,
Becomes stronger and stronger.
With prolonged meditation,
We begin to see that as we strengthen,
Our ability to listen to ourselves by sitting in stillness,
Any storm that comes is met with acceptance by us because we know we are on the right path.
We can stop fighting,
Resisting and ultimately let go of trying to fight against ourselves.
When we are living from the sense of knowing,
We are more calm and know that there is a greater plan that is proceeding and flowing.
From this place,
We let go of trying to control what is not meant for us.
We let go of the things that hurt us for they do not serve us.
We can yield to the greater design knowing that you are listening to your inner self.
With peace and serenity,
You can transcend any circumstance to find joy in your everyday life.
Let us tap into the stillness that rests within you.
As you slowly inhale and exhale,
Knowing that you are on the right path.
By building a connection to your higher self,
You will become one with the source energy that is all around us.
Trust that as you grow the awareness of yourself through meditation,
Your inner knowing and intuition will guide you to your highest and most ultimate self.
Try looking at the back of your eyelids by placing your attention just above the bridge of your nose and between your eyebrows.
Can you notice the flashes of white or golden light that are present in this space within?
This is the light that connects you to your higher being.
It is in this calm space that you will find yourself.
