In this meditation, listeners are guided into the transformative power of acceptance—of the past, of their thoughts, and of themselves. Through gentle reflection and mindful breathing, they will explore how inner peace emerges not from perfection, but from honoring their truth and letting go of self-judgment. This track offers a space to release shame, embrace growth, and recognize that freedom begins when we stop resisting what is and start trusting who we’ve become. With compassion and clarity, it invites a return to the present moment—where healing lives.

When we arrive at acceptance,

Everything changes.

The moment has finally come.

The moment we have worked hard to realize.

You have known the opposite end,

But you prefer this space.

This space you have created and found for yourself,

Only by knowing the opposite and where you did not want to be.

It is no longer where you want to be.

It takes a lot of going back and forth with yourself.

It's not this one extravagant moment that only happens once.

It's a process that happens all of the time.

There are many times when we make the same mistake and we feel this relentless sense of guilt and shame for having fallen victims to ourselves.

But it's important to reflect on every time this does happen and in doing so,

Lessening the effect that it has on us and the power that it has over us.

Take in this beautiful growth by taking a long deep breath in,

With the beaming light covering your face and the smile radiating over your skin.

Taking in another deep breath in together,

Enjoying every bit of this experience.

Life will never be perfect,

But you know the benefit of centering yourself by using your always companion,

Your breath,

When challenges arise.

Life has become a more enjoyable experience because you know yourself better.

Not only do you know yourself better,

But others feel your newfound confidence and respect you for respecting yourself.

The past where you were uncertain of how others would perceive you,

The amount of thoughts spent wondering if you had made the right decision based on somebody else's standards no longer troubles you because as long as you are proud of the decisions and actions you've made,

You don't have to waste time rehashing the past.

Every action was intentional,

Not reactive,

Not based on other people's feelings and desires,

But your own.

You've come into yourself.

You made the best,

Unrushed,

Non-reactive,

And spiritually centered decision based on your own truth and your own heart.

When you do that,

Nothing can stand in your way,

And you find out through your meditation practice that the only thing that ever stood in your way was you.

You are free.

You are free.

While you can't control what has happened or what is yet to come,

You can control the here and now.

You are free.

When you begin to worry about things outside of your control,

Come back to yourself and to the present moment.

They are just thoughts.

It is just a feeling.

Learn to sit with it and see what it's telling you.

They might not go away completely,

But you can recognize them and find ways to outsmart them.

As hard as some of them are,

And we never ask for them to come,

They are floating by.

Observe them and thank them for coming.

Then thank them also for going.

The truth is,

This is not a process that you want to resist or force.

What I mean is that if you try to pretend they are not there,

They will only become stronger.

Don't be afraid anymore.

Accept the thoughts.

Accept the feelings.

Gently tell yourself,

These are from my past.

These are part of my imagination.

I am rooted in the present and I accept a part of myself I so badly wish to hide.

You cannot hide from yourself.

Accept them as they come in and do not judge yourself or be critical of yourself,

That they are still there.

Our shadow,

These thoughts that are not so pleasant and make us feel ashamed,

Different or fearful of ourselves,

Remind us of where the work needs to be done.

You are not flawed for having them.

You are also not bound to be shackled by them.

If you resist them,

They cannot flow through you.

If you allow yourself to accept them as they come,

Because they do and they will,

Their grip on you will become weaker.

Do not give your past the power to overtake what is happening in the present moment.

The present is where you are supposed to be and the past is no longer.

You are free.

You are free.

You are free.
