A gentle meditation to help you slow down, reconnect with your breath, and return to yourself beneath the noise of everyday life. In this practice, you are invited to create a moment of stillness — not by forcing the mind to be quiet, but by giving yourself space to listen. Thoughts, expectations, and distractions may come and go, and you’ll practice gently returning to the present moment with compassion. This meditation is a reminder that you do not need to have all the answers right now. Sometimes clarity comes when we stop searching and allow ourselves to simply be. A practice for moments when you feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or in need of a pause. Come back to your breath. Come back to yourself.
