Hello, My gorgeous love. Welcome. I'm grateful that you are here. Let's share a breath together, Shall we? Take a deep breath all the way in. And all the way out. Allow your shoulders to soften Relax your jaw. And let your hands rest comfortably as we share this moment together. For the next few moments. There is nowhere that you need to be. Nothing you need to prove? Or accomplish. Simply be here. For yourself. As you settle into this moment. I'd like to gently ask you a question. When you hear the word prosperity. What definition comes to your mind? For some people. Prosperity looks like financial freedom. For others. It is Vibrant Health. For many people, Prosperity looks like being part of a loving family. Or being part of a peaceful home. Prosperity could mean meaningful work or a career that you immerse yourself in. Prosperity could look like the laughter of a child. Or a quiet walk through the forest. It may be a heart that no longer carries yesterday's burdens. Prosperity wears many beautiful faces. And whatever it means to you, My darling. May it be honored in this moment. Researchers in Positive Psychology. Have discovered something beautiful. People who regularly practice gratitude. And hope. And optimism. Are more likely to recognize opportunities. They're more likely to build meaningful relationships. They're more likely to persevere through challenges. And they experience greater well-being. All of this happens not because life becomes perfect. But because their hearts become more open to the possibilities. Our minds are wonderfully designed. It naturally notices what we consistently pay attention to. If we spend our day believing that there is only lack, We often overlook the abundance already surrounding us. But. . . When we begin looking for goodness. We recognize beauty. We are open for opportunities to grow. It is as though a new window quietly opens. And the world has not changed overnight. But the way that we move through it has changed. As you think about this. I invite you to share a bread with me. Take a deep breath all the way in. Take a deep breath all the way out. Place one hand gently over your heart. Can you feel that steady rhythm? This precious heart has carried you through every joy, It has carried you through every disappointment. That's carried you through every unexpected turn. It was there with you for every beautiful beginning. And here you are, My love. You are breathing. You are growing. You are becoming.
