This guided sleep meditation invites you to cross the threshold into the dream state with intention and softness. In the first portion, I gently guide you into what I call the “dream temple” a quiet inner space where identity softens, the nervous system settles, and the mind releases control. This is a sleep onset practice designed to prepare you for receptive, symbolic dreaming.
