Welcome.

Let's begin gently.

Bring awareness to your breathing.

Not changing it yet,

Just noticing.

Then allow one deeper breath in through your nose.

Let the belly expand naturally.

Pause and slowly release through the mouth.

As the air leaves,

Let the body soften slightly.

Again,

Inhale,

Pause,

Exhale slowly.

With each out-breath something unwinds.

Your breathing gradually becomes slower,

Smoother,

More rhythmic.

You don't need to force it.

The body knows how to settle when given permission.

Right now,

Nothing is required of you.

No effort,

No performance.

Just space.

Space to release what has been held.

Space to return to yourself.

As you continue breathing softly,

Imagine that above you there is an endless field of soft white light.

Not harsh,

Not bright,

Gentle.

Like early morning sunlight through mist.

This light carries warmth,

Calm,

Quiet strength.

And slowly it begins to descend.

Not rushing,

Just gradually approaching.

It touches the tops of your feet first.

A gentle warmth,

A soothing presence.

As if the body recognizes it.

The light spreads across your toes,

Into the soles of your feet,

Into the heels.

With each exhale the muscles soften.

The small bones of the feet feel lighter.

Any residual tension simply dissolves.

No effort required.

The light slowly rises up through the ankles,

Into the lower legs,

Through the calves and shins.

Imagine it flowing not only around the muscles,

But through them.

Into the tissues,

Into the cells.

Like warmth melting stiffness.

Like sunlight dissolving frost.

Your lower legs grow heavy and deeply at ease.

It continues upward,

Into the knees,

Into the thighs,

Filling the hips.

The entire lower body now bathes in this quiet radiance.

Not dramatic,

Just steady.

Balance.

Supportive.

As if every cell is being reminded that it is safe to relax.

Now the healing light gently brushes your fingertips,

Spreading across the palms,

Into the wrists,

Up through the forearms.

Into the elbows.

Up into the upper arms.

Your arms grow loose.

Effort draining away.

Shoulders soften naturally as the light reaches them.

Melting the subtle bracing you may not have realized was there.

The light now gathers in the chest.

The breath becomes softer here.

The heart steady.

Unrushed.

The lungs expanding easily.

The abdomen relax.

Any tightness in the belly dissolving into warmth.

Your core steady and calm.

Now it rises along the spine.

From the base of the back slowly traveling upward.

Between the shoulder blades.

Into the neck.

Releasing what has been carried.

Up over the back of the head.

Across the scalp.

Then gently washing down over the forehead.

Around the eyes.

Into the jaw.

The tongue resting softly.

The face returning to its natural unguarded state.

Finally the light spreads inward.

Into the mind itself.

Not forcing thoughts away.

Just creating space around them.

The mind becoming quieter.

Clearer.

Not empty,

Just spacious.

Balanced.

Now imagine your whole body glowing softly from within.

Not bright.

Not intense.

Just a gentle inner radiance.

With each exhale that glow deepens.

With each breath you settle further into ease.

The body relaxed.

The mind unburdened.

The emotions steady.

Nothing to cleanse.

Nothing to fix.

Only remembering balance.

If there is any area that needs extra attention,

Allow the light to gather there naturally.

Trust the body's intelligence.

It knows where to soften.

It knows where to restore.

And it does so quietly,

Without strain.

For a few moments now,

Simply rest in this warmth.

Let my voice become more distant.

Let the experience continue on its own.
