Meditation For Relaxation And Sleep
by Ken Aubuchon
This guided meditation is designed to support your body and mind in unwinding at the end of the day and preparing for rest. Through gentle awareness, calming imagery, and steady guidance, you’ll be invited to release accumulated tension and soften out of the busyness of the day. Rather than trying to force sleep or quiet the mind, this practice offers space for the nervous system to settle naturally. You may notice the breath slow, the body feel heavier, and thoughts become less gripping as you transition toward rest. This meditation is appropriate whether you’re having trouble falling asleep, waking during the night, or simply wanting to create a more intentional wind-down ritual. No experience is necessary. You’re welcome to lie down, get comfortable, and allow the practice to meet you where you are.
