Letting the body lead the mind into today's practice.
Take a deep breath in through the nose,
Letting your belly extend,
Your side ribs expand,
Your lungs fill to full capacity,
Releasing the exhale from the mouth,
Lungs first,
Then the belly,
Gently squeezing the last remnants of breath from your core,

In this sanctuary,
At the depths of your being,
Lies a well,
A small pool of water,
Just large enough for you to take a plunge in.
Observe this natural spring.
Give the water a color you love.
Is it bright?
Glowing?
Serene?
Glassy?
Your well is the barometer of your soul and heart.
Observe the waters.
Are they high?
Low?
Clear?
Bright?
Murky?
You can visit your well from time to time to check in on your vitality,
To bathe in the waters and restore yourself.
This is a sacred place of reflection and inquiry,
Rejuvenation.
What's been occupying your mind most lately?
Why?
What makes it good or bad?
What would be ideal?
Imagine how it would feel the moment you achieve this ideal.
Look to your well and ask yourself,
What is it that you most need right now?
Take a moment to observe and listen.
Allow any thoughts,
Sensation,
Emotion,
Or images to bubble up.
Is there something you'd like to ask?
Any guidance you seek with any other particular circumstance?

Bring to mind a dream,
