Rising This remembering of self when we begin again Rising with the sun,

A new formation These pieces of ourselves,

Unexplored,

Unexposed,

Unexpressed Each day we decide what to embrace,

Who to be These days before us,

This magic birthing Within each breath The unknown,

Waiting to be known Will we take up the vision or toss it aside?

Our lives a canvas,

Waiting for the brush A song wanting to be sung Thank you,

Dear listener And thank you,
