Transcript

This is a poem by beloved Candice Feltman, Rising This remembering of self when we begin again Rising with the sun, A new formation These pieces of ourselves, Unexplored, Unexposed, Unexpressed Each day we decide what to embrace, Who to be These days before us, This magic birthing Within each breath The unknown, Waiting to be known Will we take up the vision or toss it aside? Our lives a canvas, Waiting for the brush A song wanting to be sung Thank you, Dear listener And thank you, Dear Candice Much love

Reviews

Probably my favorite Candace poem… listened to this again, on June 29, 2026 ( and Oct.2026) and I loved it. This is one of the most beautiful of all your poems , Candace… and Yvonne, your reading has developed into the most beautiful poetry itself. Thank you you both.

Candace ! That is gloriously beautiful. The brevity is the beauty,
Yvonne, your voice is so lovely and perfect for this.. And I love the picture of the duck family swimming away! Brian, what a wonderful production 💗

Very lovely. Your voice. Your words. So fitting for our days, our choices.
Thank you
