The Gaslit Child - Inner Child Healing Meditation

Begin by bringing yourself fully into this sacred space.

Become aware of your breath and your body as you make yourself comfortable and as you allow yourself to settle in this space bring your awareness to your inhale and your exhale and imagine as you're breathing in you're breathing in the most gentle healing light pure gentle pink energy and you're breathing it through your body and feel it soothing you as it moves through every part of you through your muscles your cells your organs and through the layers of your emotional and energetic bodies as well and as you breathe it in you feel it go deeper and deeper within you each inhale and your exhale is simply letting go of anything out of alignment and as you continue to breathe in this divine pink light feel it begin to create a gentle cocoon of nourishing gentle pink energy and light around you and feel yourself immersed in it feel that it's safe and know that today are you going to be connecting with a part of your inner child a part of your inner child that felt very unseen a part of your inner child that may have felt confused and may have been told repetitively that their reality was not real but what happened to them didn't happen that they imagined things or that they were too sensitive and we're going to start by inviting in the very first part of you that experienced this and know that your higher self is here with you in this journey your guides and angels are here with you in this journey and we are here to nourish your inner child and every part of your inner child that has had these experiences to call in the first part of your inner child that experienced this knowing we're not here to relive the past but we're here to retrieve the power and the voice and the truth of your inner child at every age that's relevant and feel the first part of your inner child that was ever dismissed and told what happened didn't happen told they're imagining things making things up not seeing things clearly or just dismissed and unheard altogether let that first part of you appear and see that part of you maybe they're confused maybe they're scared maybe they feel like no one is going to hear them and no one's going to keep them safe maybe they're already questioning themselves and as you feel that first part of you appear reach out to them and start walking towards them as they start walking towards you and I want you to bend down kneel before them look them in their eyes and let them know that they're welcome to share whatever they want to share with you hold their hands and let them know they were never wrong for feeling what they felt they weren't imagining things they were being gaslit explain what that means to them in children's terms let them know that the adult wasn't telling the truth and that they were never too much really hear them out clear their confusion let their secrets and stories be told to you now and let them know you believe them let them know you see them and that you have come here to connect with them to free them from all of these stories that aren't true from the confusion and the doubt that they've been carrying the blame they've been holding the denial they've been forced into and as you hold their hands let them know that you're inviting them and every other part of you that has ever had that experience to come and step into the violet flame sanctuary with you and take them by the hand and let them know that as you step into this sanctuary you're going to be transmuting and asking them to put into the violet flame all of the false stories they were told all of the confusing things all of the trauma and heartbreak they're carrying that's being denied so that they can be seen and cleared and free from the past and from all of those that gaslit and confuse them so walk them into the sanctuary of the violet flame now a sacred room and space that is filled with violet flame burning and let them step into the center of the room to the center of the flame with you hold their hands and let it all be cleared from them all the delusions that were forced on them all the denial they've had to hold all the blame and the shame and feel them getting free and clear and feel as the energy moves off them feel their own power centers activating and their power coming back from whatever source took it from whoever and whatever denied them their truth knowingly or unknowingly and call forward now every other part of you and your inner child to come forward at every age and maybe every single age of your entire childhood maybe an aspect of your inner child from each time and place is going to come forward now or maybe there's more specific ages where it was more significant let them all come there's room for every single one of them you may have a three-year-old a four or five-year-old an eight-year-old an eleven twelve-year-old let them all come and one by one take them by the hands look them in the eyes and let them know they're welcome here the stories are welcome their feelings are welcome everything about them is welcome here and let them speak their truth and then let them into the violet flame sanctuary and take your time one by one or maybe you want to vibe them all in at once whatever feels most aligned for you and see all the weight they're carrying the invisible heavy energy the distorted mirrors the projections on them that have made them doubt what they know to be true and set them up for imprint after imprint pattern after pattern until they've learned to lie to themselves and deny themselves keep reassuring them that they were never wrong for feeling what they felt they weren't imagining it let them know that you see their truth and let them know that the violet flame is here to transmit all the confusion all the shame all of the energy let them all come into the space and when you hold all of those aspects of your inner child in the violet flame with you state within yourself i now cut all threads and connections to every single lie and story i was made to believe across time and space throughout my entire childhood i release all the voices that twisted my truth that manipulated me or silenced me and i reclaim my energy my clarity my inner knowing and my right to trust myself and on behalf of every part of me every part of my child self i choose to disconnect from these lies and go free and feel the violet flame dissolving everything clearing every single part of your inner child and feel as each and every one of them go free feel them either walking in strength and power out of the space and back into the timeline strong and protected or staying with you integrating into your heart becoming a part consciously of your now cleansed and cleared and strong and reclaimed and gently integrating into your heart center bringing you into fullness wholeness and completion within yourself knowing that you can trust your own truth you can trust yourself and those old stories don't belong to you you are now free and allow yourself to feel into this space feel the clarity feel the freedom feel the light and feel the space within yourself for your own truth to be embodied your own intuition to be heard and your own strength and power to lead the way and allow yourself now to begin breathing into your body breathing in the pure violet flames to continue to move through you and around your energy field and as you're breathing it through allow yourselves to fill your body to fill and allow yourself to come fully back with your breath into your body into the here and now and as you rest back in your body in this space feel yourself having a stretch completely embodied and nourished in your own light you
