Become aware of your breath,
Become aware of your body and allow yourself to really anchor into your physical being in this moment,

Focusing on the inhale and the exhale and allow yourself to slow your breath right down,
Long deep inhales and slow gentle exhales,
Becoming more and more present in your body with your breath and when you're ready bring your awareness to a beautiful golden light and imagine that light above your crown flowing into your body on the inhale and flowing out around your body on your exhale and allow it to move through you as you breathe deeply and slowly into your body and breathing slowly out,
Feel the space around you full of this pure golden light,
Vibrant and nourishing,
Creating this space within and around you of pure light and each inhale and exhale as the light flows through you and around you,
Feel your body nourished and feel yourself safe,
Centred and present in your body and feel yourself align to your higher self,
Your inner wisdom and the divine parent within you,
That part of you that is loving and benevolent and balanced and really invite that part of you forward to be present in this space,
In this moment and as you feel yourself present with this part of you,
Surrounded in light,
Infused in light,
Feel how safe and nourished you are and when you're ready,
Feel the light expanding even further around you,
Creating this beautiful pathway of light in front of you and feel yourself,
When you're ready,
Walking this pathway of light,
Feeling the nourishment,
Feeling the safety and feeling yourself so present,
Anchored within yourself as you walk this pathway of light and be aware this pathway is leading you into a very beautiful and nourishing space,
A space where your inner child at whatever age is relevant to you today and in this moment is waiting for you and when you feel yourself arriving in this beautiful,
Safe and nourishing space,
Take a moment to breathe it in and look around you at this space,
It may be very simple,
A few trees,
Beautiful earth or it may look more like a beautiful angelic environment or even a beautiful garden,
Notice your surroundings and this beautiful environment you found yourself in,
That your higher self has created for you for this experience and feel yourself as you're breathing in this environment,
Breathing in the energy and the safety,
Feel yourself and the divine parent within you,
Your inner wisdom,
Reaching out now and calling to your inner child,
That part of you that would like to be seen today,
That would like to be loved and acknowledged and perhaps even heard and feel yourself reaching out in this beautiful safe space,
Calling her to come forward at whatever age is relevant for today,
For this moment in time and as you feel her come forward,
Feel your heart opening to her in this moment,
In complete trust of what you feel,
What you see and allow yourself to meet this beautiful little girl and meet her in every way,
You may get down on your knees,
On eye level with her,
You may even open your arms to embrace her and pick her up,
Trust how this flows for you and bring all your love and presence to her and take this time now to allow your own wisdom,
Your own divine inner parent to feel your way with this beautiful child and be with her,
Open the space for communication and ask her how she's feeling today,
What's going on for her in her world,
Perhaps she's holding a story she would like to share,
Perhaps she's holding a secret that would support her in sharing that with you or maybe she would just like your attention,
Your company to be acknowledged that she exists and maybe you could even ask her if there's anything she needs from you right now,
Anything she may need today whether that be time and space with you,
Whether that be a little more joy or fun,
More activity,
More acknowledgement of how she feels Take your time now to really explore with your little girl and bring all your love,
Attention and awareness to her,
To really deeply feeling and hearing her and seeing her in all that she is and any healing that she needs,
Bring that to her in this space,
Remind her that you are now the parent and she doesn't have to carry any unnecessary burdens she can just be a little girl and that you will support her,
Enjoy this time with her now,
Building your bond and opening this space of healing,
Communication and connection and when you feel that your little girl is nourished,
Being heard,
Being seen,
Validated and is feeling safe feel yourself embracing her deeply,
Sharing her in your love,
Reminding her how beautiful she is,
How special her heart is and how free she is to play and be nourished and be held by you,
And let her know that you'll see her again very soon and if it feels right for you,
You might even choose to invite her to come into your heart and to journey with you throughout the day and be held safely within your heart centre trust in your own intuition,
Your own process and your own connection with your inner child and before you leave this space,
Feel how happy and nourished and safe she is,
Either within your heart or within this beautiful safe space that's been created by your higher self where she is always protected and always held and as you leave that space,
Know that any agreements you've made with your inner child,
Anything you've heard from her that she needs,
That you're going to put into action for her today be sure to keep that agreement with her and yourself and when you're ready,
Feel yourself leaving this space and moving back along the golden pathway feeling nourished,
Feeling your inner child nourished and feeling yourself centred and grounded and balanced,
Ready to take this energy forward with you into all that you're doing and as you continue to walk back along this golden pathway,
Feel yourself becoming very centred in your breath,
Bringing your focus to your inhale and your exhale breathing in that pure golden light,
