This is a simple grounding technique to use when you're feeling off-center,
Scattered or misaligned in any way.
Begin by sitting or standing,
Feeling yourself anchored to the earth.
And imagine now that you're breathing in the energy of the Divine Earth Mother.
And as you inhale,
Feel yourself breathing it up in the core,
The center,
The heart of the Earth Mother.
And feel yourself breathing it deep into your own body,
Deep into your belly.
And feel her divine grounding light flowing through you,
Anchoring you and centering you.
Bringing you into deeper connection with your breath and with yourself as you breathe her light and her energy in.
Slow,
Long,
Deep inhales drawing her up and into your belly.
And as you exhale,
Feel yourself letting go of any scattered energy,
Any misaligned thoughts and anything that's keeping you out of being fully present in your body.
And allow that cycle of breath to continue,
Breathing in her grounding light and letting go of anything misaligned.
And as you drop deeper into this breath,
Begin to feel yourself being held and supported.
Grounded on this earth,
Aligned with your physical body and perfect harmony with the Earth Mother.
And allow yourself to sit and be in this space for as long as you require.
You might even like to reach down and put your palms flat on the earth and really feel yourself anchored with the Earth Mother and anchored within yourself.
