Vivid Dreams 1

Vivid Dreams came to be while I was sitting at the keys with my eyes closed. I just started playing to relax my mind after a stressful week. Tunning into my stress level, I began to do 4 part box breathing that I learned from my Meditation guru. I opened my eyes and let the fingers flow with the keys. It was a wonderful stress release and a good night tune to listen too! My dreams are always vivid ones! Enjoy and Pleasant dreams...
