Welcome to your crown chakra.
Take three deep breaths and place your attention on the top of your head.
Crown chakra.
As you breathe in and out,
Know that illumination is everywhere.
You are illumination.
You are the light.
Imagine from the crown of your head to the bottom of your feet,
Pure white light.
You are a halo of expansion.
Gorgeous.
Infinite light.
You know that living with a shining crown chakra is the key to your happiness.
You know that self forgetting and alignment with all that is,
Is letting go of a beggar's existence.
And claiming your crown,
Your birthright as a king or queen.
Imagine you are looking into the eyes of your favorite saint,
Teacher,
Mystic,
Loving being who is watching over you.
Buddha,
Saint Francis,
Mother Mary,
Jesus,
Green Tara.
You are staring into eyes that are deep,
Soft,
Knowing,
Kind and compassionate.
You gaze into the eyes until you feel energetically.
You are one gaze.
You are no longer you looking into the depth of loving kindness.
But you have become loving kindness.
You take the energy of that unconditional love and acceptance of all that is and you turn it out into the world.
You look at your life's surroundings,
Your family,
Your work,
Your fellow travelers on earth.
And feel that light energy touch your life.
You are truly blessed and your presence blesses others.
All of your fears are dissolved in great spirits arms.
You know you are here in this body,
In this incarnation for a short while.
You know you will dissolve back into the light from whence you came.
You vow to dissolve any part of you that stands in your own way.
You lay at the feet of Mother Earth and Father Sky all your burdens,
This incarnation's unfulfilled dreams and sorrows.
You lay them down in an act of humility and surrender.
You know you are in the depths of your being,
All good,
All wise,
All knowing one with the great magician that made you.
You are no longer sorrowful or lost,
Inside you you are ablaze with treasures.
You have the power to give the light of the spirit.
You understand you have been given this great privilege called life and you vow to flourish,
Shine and receive.
You are the light that illumines the world.
Your cells,
Your breath,
Your eyelashes are made of light.
You just forgot it for a while and now you have remembered.
This is the angelic realm.
Your spirit is joined with great spirit.
You thank the world for its poetry,
Its sublime beauty and even for its shadow which has led you to the light.
You thank all the great teachers and mystics who came before you.
The men and women who found illumination,
Known and unknown,
Who have led you through their worlds,
Books,
Poems,
Teachings,
Songs,
Art and their very lives to your own illumination.
