If you’ve been carrying shame, self-criticism, or the feeling that parts of you must stay hidden… this meditation is an invitation to set some of that down. Through gentle awareness and spacious pauses, you’ll be guided to notice where shame still lives in the body and mind — and to step out of the room where it has been holding you. Nothing here needs to be forced or fixed. Only noticed… softened… and released. You are allowed to be seen without being reduced to old moments. You are allowed to move forward without carrying yesterday’s weight. Leave shame here. And step toward what is still possible.
