Wherever you are,

Allow yourself to pause.

You don't need to do anything right now.

You don't need to fix,

Solve,

Or plan.

Just be here.

Take a deep breath in through your nose,

And exhale gently through your mouth.

Let your shoulders drop,

Let the muscles around your eyes soften,

And let your breath guide you home.

Take one more deep breath in through the nose,

And with your exhale,

Imagine releasing anything that feels heavy.

Let it dissolve into the air around you,

Being absorbed by the universe,

Which is then transforming it into pure positive light and energy that's ready for you to take back in.

Notice the stillness that follows.

In that stillness,

There is wisdom.

When the mind quiets,

The heart begins to speak.

This is the gift of pause.

Whenever you feel rushed,

Overwhelmed,

Or disconnected,

Pause,

Surrender,

And let go.
