As a yoga teacher, Jo has combined meditation into her practise for several years. She loves mindfulness meditations as well as breathing exercises and body scans. She enjoys sharing these practises through her yoga classes and hopes that these meditations will help you feel more calm, at peace and bring a greater awareness to your amazing self.
