My name is Jeanette.
Welcome to these few minutes of gratitude.
Gratitude has been found to be tremendously healing.
Our ability to experience gratitude,
To feel that gratitude,
Is a huge gift.
Find yourself a comfortable position,
And allow your body to settle in whatever position you find yourself in.
Eyes can be open or closed,
An invitation to bring your hands to cup your heart,
Connecting to your heartbeat,
And inviting to your heart something you feel truly grateful for at this stage in your life.
Anything in your life that makes your heart shine.
Hold that,
Whatever it is for yourself,
In your mind's eye,
See it,
Feel it,
And allow those feelings of gratitude to begin to grow from your heart.
Perhaps notice how that gratitude feels a sensation where and how you feel it in your body.
Then bring awareness to the breath in,
Allowing every inhale to infuse those feelings of gratitude.
Feeling that gratitude expanding in your chest,
Spreading to the rest of your body,
So you allow your whole being,
Every single one of yourselves,
To feel gratitude.
Allow that gratitude to grow even bigger,
Beyond the boundaries of your skin,
Creating a bubble or a container surrounding your entire being.
Notice if these feelings of gratitude have a certain color or energetic quality.
If you're a visual person,
Allow yourself to see that bubble or that container of gratitude surrounding your body in that color.
Allow that field,
The bubble of gratitude,
To grow even bigger,
Every inhale infusing it a little bit more,
Growing and expanding outwards,
And reconnect to your heart center,
Perhaps sensing the heartbeat.
Every single heartbeat creates an electromagnetic field,
Like a signal.
Bring gratitude into your heartbeat,
Allowing every single heartbeat to send that gratitude out into the world,
Into the universe.
See yourself and feel yourself surrounded by that colorful field of the energy of gratitude,
And see that gratitude being sent out into the whole universe with every single heartbeat.
Now take a moment to direct that gratitude towards you,
All those feelings,
Bringing them inwards,
All that healing energy of gratitude coming inwards,
And thank yourself for everything you are,
Everything you do,
And everything you bring into this world.
Thank your body.
