How can you feel energized,

Fresh and full of vitality?

How can you rediscover enthusiasm for work or study?

All this is possible right now.

All you need is a short break.

You've got 5 minutes,

Right?

Pause what you are doing.

Sit comfortably.

Straighten your back,

Put your headphones and close your eyes.

Our journey begins now.

Direct your attention to your chest.

Take a deep breath in and exhale gently.

Repeat.

Let each inhale expand your lungs and chest.

Feel your chest stretch in all directions.

Now focus on your stomach.

Breathe deeply.

Engage in your diaphragm.

A long inhale and a long exhale.

Finally,

Combine the two.

Inhale,

Starting with your stomach,

Continuing through your chest to your collarbones.

Exhale as your collarbones lower,

Your chest contracts and your stomach pulls in.

Inhale from bottom to top.

Stomach,

Chest.

Exhale from top to bottom.

Chest,

Stomach.

Repeat this flow.

Inhale from the stomach upward.

Exhale from the chest downward.

Now imagine yourself walking through the summer field.

A narrow path amidst tall sunflowers.

You hear the sounds of summer all around you.

Birds singing,

Trees rustling and the babbling of a nearby stream.

These sounds remind you of the beauty and diversity of the world.

They teach us to savor each moment and appreciate our surroundings.

Take a deep breath and inhale the scent of summer.

Exhale all your fatigue and apathy.

A breathe in life and a breathe out laziness.

Suddenly,

A light summer rain begins to fall.

But sunshine still streaming through.

Isn't that a miracle?

Feel the rain washing away all tension from your body.

Repeat after me,

Either silently or aloud.

Thank you for life.

Thank you world for your love and care.

Thank you universe for allowing me to be a part of it.

I want to create.

I want to participate.

I want to do my work with love and attention.

Everything I do succeeds.

Gently open your eyes.

Stretch your arms upward and to the sides.
