This meditation is for the times when you feel fatigued,
Exhausted or overwhelmed.
Take as much time as you need to find a space to settle down in,
A safe space that is free from distractions.
Begin by finding a comfortable seated position,
Either on a cushion or a chair.
Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths.
Allow yourself to become fully present in the moment.
Now imagine that you are standing in a beautiful,
Peaceful forest.
The sun is shining through the trees,
Casting a warm glow on everything around you.
You can feel the soft,
Green grass under your feet and the cool breeze on your skin.
As you stand in this peaceful forest,
Imagine that you are surrounded by a circle of light.
This circle of light represents a protective barrier around you,
Shielding you from any negative energy or thoughts.
Now imagine that you are drawing energy from the earth beneath you.
Imagine that there are roots growing out of the soles of your feet,
Stretching deep down into the earth.
As you inhale,
Imagine that you are drawing up energy from the earth,
Filling your body with a sense of groundedness and stability.
As you exhale,
Imagine that you are releasing any negative thoughts or emotions that you might be holding onto.
Allow them to be absorbed by the earth,
Releasing them from your body and mind.
As you continue to take deep breaths,
Bring to mind a positive affirmation or intention that you would like to focus on.
This could be something like,
I am strong and capable.
I am filled with peace and love.
Or,
I trust in the universe to guide me.
As you focus on your affirmation or intention,
Imagine that it is becoming a reality in your life.
Imagine that you are already embodying the qualities that you desire,
And that the universe is supporting you in your journey.
As you continue to focus on your affirmation or intention,
Imagine that you are surrounded by a golden light.
This light represents positivity,
Abundance and love.
Allow this light to fill your entire being,
Lifting you up and filling you with joy and gratitude.
Take a few more deep breaths,
Allowing yourself to fully embody the sense of grounding and positivity that you have created through this visualization.
When you are ready,
Slowly open your eyes and return to the present moment,
Carrying this sense of peace and positivity with you throughout your day.
