Welcome to this chakra activation meditation.
Today we are going to focus on our energy and energy centers and the feeling of the energy flow making us healthy and alive.
For this we will meditate on activating our chakras.
Chakras are the energy centers in our body.
We have seven main chakras that are located alongside our spine,
Our main energy channel.
They each correspond to specific organs as well as physical,
Emotional,
Psychological and spiritual states of being and they influence all areas of your life.
Misaligned chakras may potentially create a cascade of negative effects harming your health and preventing you from fully connecting with your world.
When all our chakras are London activated,
The physical self and spiritual self are fully receptive to the energy of the universe.
You will feel deeply at peace and bring in the joy and vitality.
The stable chakra energy nourishes you from the inside out.
And also when your chakras are aligned and in balance,
You can easily manifest things in your life.
So let's begin.
Find yourself in a comfortable position either seated or lying down,
Whichever makes you relaxed and at ease.
Start with focusing on your breath.
You can leave your day behind.
You are here and now.
Take a slow breath in and a slow breath out.
And again,
Slow inhale through your nose and a slow exhale.
On the inhale,
Imagine that the air is traveling through your nostrils down your spine to the very center of your core.
And on an exhale,
Imagine that the air is traveling all in the front of your body and out of your nostrils.
Keep focusing on your breath,
Making you more relaxed,
More grounded,
More aware.
And as you breathe with your mind's eye,
Imagine the roots going out through the sides of your feet and through the bottom of your spine.
The roots are getting bigger and bigger.
They are growing down through the rocks,
Through the dirt,
Through the crystal that create the earth.
The roots are getting stronger and longer and deeper until they reach the very center of the mother earth gaia.
And as they reach the very center of the earth,
They wrap the core,
Making you grounded,
Safe,
Secure and supported.
And as you see your roots,
With your mind's eye,
You can now see the energy traveling up your roots.
Strong,
Raw energy traveling up and up and entering your body.
And as it travels up your body,
It reaches the very bottom of your spine,
Your root chakra.
The Muladhara chakra that is located just below the tailbone.
The Muladhara chakra represents our security,
Our validity in our experience,
Our safety,
Stability,
Our ability to care for ourselves and others,
Our financial abilities.
And the color that is usually associated with the Muladhara chakra is the color red.
So as the energy flow reaches the tailbone,
The area of the tailbone,
Imagine the ball of red light starting to shine stronger,
Deeper,
Brighter red color.
And as you see this chakra being activated,
You feel yourself secure,
Trusted,
Safe and able.
And you repeat after me,
I am.
Now with your mind's eye,
Imagine that the energy,
The strong,
Raw energy of the Mother Earth's Gaia travels up your Sushumna channel,
Your spine,
Your main energy channel,
And reaches the area double inches below your navel.
And that is the area where the second chakra,
Svadhisthana chakra is located.
That is our sacred chakra.
And that's the seat of sensuality,
Sexuality,
Vitality,
Fluidity.
It is usually depicted with the color orange.
As the energy reaches this area,
You see the ball of bright orange light getting brighter.
The orange light is getting stronger.
And you feel yourself full with vitality and sensual and attractive and able to create.
You feel the strong flow.
And you repeat after me,
I feel.
I feel.
Now with your mind's eye,
You see how the energy is traveling up and reaches the area in your solar plexus.
That is the third chakra area.
The third chakra is called Manipura,
And it is located in the upper abdomen below the rib cage.
The solar plexus chakra holds our feeling of self-worth,
Self-esteem,
Our ability to know ourselves completely without any projected masks,
Without trying to meet someone's expectations.
This is the chakra that is associated with the power in a good way.
And the color that is used to depict this chakra is color yellow.
So imagine how the energy is activating the ball of bright yellow color in your solar plexus area.
And you can see how the color is getting stronger and stronger.
You can see the bright yellow making you confident,
Making you feel the self-worth,
Making you powerful.
And you repeat after me,
I do.
I do.
And now the energy is traveling up and reaching your heart space area where our fourth chakra is located.
The fourth chakra is Anahata,
The heart chakra.
And the heart chakra is our self,
And it can be felt as a sensation of joy,
Openness,
Expansiveness,
Contentment,
Love.
And the color of this chakra is green.
You see how the energy is activating the ball of green light.
It becomes stronger and stronger.
You can see it being with the deep green.
And you feel love,
You feel gratitude,
You feel openness.
And you repeat after me,
I love.
I love.
And now the energy of the mother and sky travels up and reaches the sprawl space area,
The area where our fifth chakra is located.
The fifth chakra is called Vishuddha,
And it is located in the neck and responsible for being able to clearly express yourself,
To speak up.
And also it is responsible for connection between the head and the heart.
The color of this chakra is usually being depicted as the color Lazuli Blue.
So as you see the energy activate in the ball of a Lazuli Blue color in your neck area,
And you see the color is getting stronger and stronger,
Deeper and deeper Lazuli Blue color.
And you feel that you can now express yourself.
You can say the things that you always wanted to say,
And you can speak up where needed.
And also you feel that now you can hear your intuition and you can trust your heart and you can hear the reasoning from your head.
You feel it's all connected and working aligned.
And repeat after me as you see this picture.
I speak.
I speak.
And now you see how the hidden lifeline,
The energy,
The strong energy of the mother earth sky,
Is traveling up to the sixth chakra area that is located between our brows in the middle of the forehead.
And that's the third eye chakra,
Ajna chakra.
And the Ajna chakra is responsible for the intuition and insights.
The color associated with this chakra is indigo blue.
So as the energy reaches this area,
See how the ball of indigo blue color is starting to shine bright,
Deep indigo blue.
The color is getting stronger and stronger.
You can see the color,
The indigo blue color,
Shining brighter.
And you feel that you may see what is unseen.
You feel that you can hear your intuition and you can trust it.
And in your mind,
Please repeat after me.
I see.
I see.
And now the energy goes to the top of your head where our seventh chakra is located.
Our crown chakra.
It is located just over the top of our head.
And it is the connection to the universal consciousness.
It connects us to the spirit world.
And that's where our spiritual evolution takes place.
Seventh chakra is called Sahasrara.
And it's usually represented either with the color violet or bright clear diamond color.
Depends on how you see it tonight.
When the energy reaches the area just above the crown of your head,
See how this chakra,
The ball of light that you can see right now,
Either violet or diamond,
Bright clear,
Expanding,
Pulsating,
Becoming brighter and brighter.
And you feel this connection to the universal consciousness.
You feel this connection to the spiritual world.
You know that you are not alone.
No one is alone.
We are all connected.
And you repeat after me.
I understand.
And now you see how the energy is going through the top of your head and goes up and up as a channel connecting you to cosmos,
To the universal knowledge.
And you see how the energy is traveling back and reaches the top of your head and entering your body,
Making you connected to the universe,
To the world around you.
So with your mind's eye,
Look at your spiritual body from distance.
You are now being connected to the world through the energy channel that is rising from the top of your head.
You are connected to the Mother Earth's Gaia by the roots,
Leaving you supported and strong and safe.
And you now see all the seven chakras beaming and pulsating and full of energy and full of color in your body.
Have a look at them again.
You look at the Muladhara chakra and the root chakra beaming with bright red.
You now see this is what is done in chakra located couple inches below your navel.
And it's beaming with color orange.
Then you see the Manipura chakra that is located in solar plexus and it's beaming with color yellow.
And the next chakra you see is the Anahata chakra that is located in your heart space.
And it's the color green.
Then you see the Vishuddha chakra that is located in your throat area.
And it's beaming with the Vasuri blue color.
And the next you see the Ajna chakra beaming with deep blue between your eyebrows.
And you see the Sahasrara chakra that is located just over the crown of your head.
And it's beaming either violet or clear white.
Making you strong,
Supported,
Confident,
Knowing,
Open,
Loving,
Caring and able to go out to this world and create what you are destined to create.
Remember we are all divine beings in the human bodies.
And it's safe to go out and reveal yourself.
And the world expects you to go out and change it to the better.
You may want to stay in this meditation for as long as you feel like doing so.
