Welcome to day three of Awaken the Soul.

This session will be focused on visualization.

Find a quiet space.

Sit comfortably and close your eyes.

Beginning by bringing your attention into your breath.

Take a deep breath in through your nose.

Hold your breath.

And as exhaling visualize the number three,

Three times.

Take another deep breath in.

As exhaling visualize the number two,

Three times.

Take another deep breath in.

Hold your breath.

And as exhaling visualize the number one,

Three times.

Imagine yourself standing on top of a staircase with ten stairs going downward.

I'll be counting from ten to one.

With each descending number visualize yourself and feel yourself going down the stairs With each step allow your mind to enter to a deeper and deeper space.

Ten,

Nine,

Eight,

Deeper and deeper,

Seven,

Six,

Five,

Four,

Three,

Two,

One.

Your mind is now in a deeper space,

Deeper than before.

Imagine yourself in a safe,

Natural setting.

A place in your life that makes you feel safe.

It can be from your childhood or from the present.

It can be a space in the nature.

As you find this place and visualizing yourself being in that space engage all your senses and immerse yourself in this mental landscape.

Open yourself to seeing all the details in that place,

Objects,

Colors.

Let go of any worries or thoughts and simply be present in this peaceful moment.

Bring your attention into your breath and into the feelings that this place you chose to be awakens inside of you and you feel safe.

With you slowing down your brainwaves and entering deeper and deeper space within creating a sense of inner calm,

Finding deeper ways to connect with yourself.

How does it feel to be in this space?

Realizing the power inside of you,

The power of your mind to take you into this space,

Into this experience,

Into these emotions any time that you need.

Using your power to bring yourself to the power of your mind to places beyond the limitations of time and space and you feel centered,

You feel connected and you feel safe.

Take another deep breath in.

Hold your breath and slowly exhale through your mouth.

I will be counting from 1 to 5 and at 5 you will open your eyes.

1,

2,

3,
