Hello,

This is William Cooper.

Welcome to Awakening Together,

Relaxing into Happiness.

I trust you're doing well this week.

In our series of podcasts,

Lately,

We've been looking at different kinds of meditations to do different things.

In the most recent part of these meditations,

We've worked with meditations that open the body and the energy centers in the body,

So that you can flow with the nature of your being,

That you can express yourself through your body,

Through your flow,

Through your radiance in the world that you live in,

In the world around you.

This meditation is centered on support.

Everything is you.

It's oneness.

Now is the time to receive it,

To soak it up,

Feel the support,

To let it flow through your body,

The support of everything,

The universe,

Trusting the universe and feeling it,

Letting it move through your energy centers and enjoying it,

Soaking it up.

Because as we've described in past podcasts,

Often unconsciously we hold postures that came into being before our awakening,

Before our awakening process.

These are postures of separation and in separation,

We surely don't feel much trust.

Yet,

In oneness,

The universe is yours.

You are the universe.

So there's nothing but trust.

Everything is conspiring to help you,

To support you.

You don't have to do everything on your own because the universe is you.

People across the world can jump to help you.

Birds can help you.

Dogs can help you.

Random,

Seemingly random events can help you in this beautiful flow of support.

So what we're going to do in this meditation will be much like the one in our last podcast,

But a little bit different.

We're going to move now the energy of support,

Starting with the base of our spine,

Our chakra at the base of our spine.

And we're going to move the energy up through our spine into oneness and then back down our spine and we'll move through our various chakras.

I'll walk you through it and you'll see what it's like.

And then you can practice it on your own.

And as with all of these meditations,

You make them your own.

When you're doing them on your own,

You do it in a way that feels good to you.

You say the mantra in the cadence that you would like.

You pronounce it however you like it.

You don't have to do it perfectly according to classic Sanskrit.

You can picture it in the place in your body that has the energy rather than where the classic chakra is quote unquote supposed to be.

You make it your own.

You do it as many times as you'd like or as little as you like,

Because this is your awakening and there's nothing systematic about it in the sense that everybody's different.

So,

You listen to yourself and you go with you.

So,

I'll walk you through this one.

Take a deep breath,

Close your eyes and put your attention on the base of your spine,

The very tip of your spine and perhaps all the muscles around it and connect to whatever you're sitting on,

The energy of the earth in effect.

Let it support you.

Feel all the energy and support of the earth,

Of all existence flowing up through the base of your spine and enjoy it.

Enjoying it is another word for soaking it up,

Because that's the truth.

All of this energy is yours and not to soak it up,

Not to feel it all the time as support and wellness and well-being and enjoyment is to take an effort to block it,

To twist it,

To make it something that it's not,

Which all of us have done when we lived in a world of separation.

Well,

These old unconscious habits and postures often reside in our body and we're dropping it.

We're going back to our natural state now.

We're not taking the effort and making the work of trying to twist things into what they're not.

So,

Seated comfortably,

Receive,

Receive,

Feel all the beautiful energy of the universe,

Of existence,

Of the world,

Of the earth flowing into your first chakra at the root of your spine.

And as you do,

We'll do the meditation.

Attention at the root of your spine,

You breathe in and you let all that support move up your spine,

Up through the center of your body.

And you enjoy it as you breathe in,

Moving all the way up at your own pace,

Through your body,

Enjoying at every cell that would like to take a breath of it,

Would like to enjoy it,

Moving all the way up out through the top of your head,

Through that soft spot at the very crown of your head called the font now moving up through that font now and merging effortlessly connecting to the infinite above and around showering showering everywhere,

Feeling so good.

And as you breathe out all the way down your spine,

Let your attention and let the infinite oneness energy flow down through your font now,

All the way down your spine,

Down through your root chakra and just feel how good it feels merging back with the earth again.

And as you breathe in,

Place your attention on your second chakra,

One up at your genital area and feel the support of the universe of the earth of all existence at your second center.

And as you breathe in,

Relax into the support,

It's there to help you,

To heal you,

To support you.

It is you.

So it only wants the best for you itself.

And as you breathe in,

Let it support your second chakra and up your spine,

Up through the middle of your body,

Continuing to soothe and heal your second chakra supported as it flows in and continues to move up through the middle of your body,

All the way up out through your font.

Now connecting to the infinite feeling so good and connected.

And as you breathe out the oneness,

The infinite down through your font,

Now down through the center of your body and feeling so good,

Moving all the way down through your second chakra and out connecting to all of existence,

Merging into oneness.

And as you breathe in now up to the next chakra,

Your solar plexus,

Your stomach area,

Your navel area,

Somewhere in there,

Breathing in and enjoying the support,

Feeling it in your stomach and all the muscles around your stomach and your solar plexus,

Breathing in infinite support and feeling so good and moving up through your spine and the center of your body,

Feeling so relaxing and soaking it up as you move up,

Just enjoying it and up through your font.

Now out connecting to the infinite feeling so good.

And then as you breathe out down through your font,

Now down through the center of your body and out your solar plexus,

Navel area,

Connecting to all of existence,

Relaxing and releasing into complete support and well-being all through your stomach.

And when you feel like breathing in,

You breathe in now going up to the next chakra,

Your heart chakra,

And you breathe in through your heart and you let your heart open and enjoy and take in as much support as you would like,

As much as enjoyment as you like.

And you could rest during any of these breaths and breathe any way that you want in your own cadence,

In your own way.

You might rest at one chakra for some time.

You can rest here at your heart and you can breathe in and just soak it up and soak it up and enjoy it.

You can enjoy it.

You're we're on your timeframe because this is your awakening.

It's what feels good for you.

You don't fit the meditation.

The meditation fits you.

So you make it however you want and breathe in through your heart and take as many nice breaths as you like.

And then moving up this energy up through the center of your body up through your head up through your font now and into the infinite into oneness and just feel connected to the oneness flowing.

And then when you feel like breathing out,

Oneness comes down through your font now and back through the middle of your body and out and out your heart chakra just so gently and nicely and easily.

You soak up every bit of enjoyment that you'd like and you connect to the support around you.

The infinite universe,

The universe supports your heart.

Your heart itself is loved and supported and you soak it up and then you move your attention to your throat area and breathe in when you feel like it and you breathe in support through your throat all the way up through the center of your body out your fontanelle merging oneness connected flowing.

And when you breathe out down through down through your fontanelle down through the center of your body and out your throat out your throat chakra and just feel good.

Feel relaxed.

Feel the expression of you so clean and clear and authentic and supporting you expressing yourself as you are in any way that you would like to express yourself today.

And then moving your attention up to your third eye,

You breathe in and just enjoy the support that you're breathing in through your third eye and let it clean and clear your third eye until you can begin to see and know things without knowing them yet somehow you do know them and it feels good to be supported to be one with the universe.

Of course,

You begin to know things because you are everything and you're open to that as you continue to breathe in and move that energy.

Let it flow nicely through the rest of your head and up through your fontanelle so relaxing out your fontanelle and just resting and relaxing into the infinite and then down through the infinite down through your fontanelle and out through your third eye merging with the existence around you merging with the world everything supporting you and you know somewhere deep inside perhaps without even knowing you know and you enjoy that and then your attention on the top of your head in your fontanelle your crown chakra and as you breathe in you just feel the support of everything above and below and around all of existence oneness just let the top of your scalp relax rest relax even deeper and deeper and flow and connect to the infinite glow and radiate and then the infinite can come back down through the top of your fontanelle and just radiate and open and relax and you can rest here and feel the flow and the support through your whole body every cell in your body can relax and smile can radiate feel how good it feels to be totally completely supported supported totally and completely and feel it that's your natural state that's who you are you can take this with you all day long because it is you to take anything else would require an act of work to twist and to contort to block yourself off which is often what we've done in our past through our previous life of separation no need for that we let all that go this is how you move through your life deeper and deeper opening into opening into opening so in a few moments i'm going to ask you to take a deep breath and open your eyes and take all this with you because it is you so let's do that take a deep breath open your eyes begin to look around stretch and do whatever you'd like and you can take all of this with you because it is you why wouldn't we enjoy your continued deepening and awakening and i look forward to talking to you next week take care bye

Very much enjoying all these different types of meditations. Nice complements to the more painful silent ones where sometimes I peek at my timer to see how much longer. Not always,, but sometimes!
