7 Chakras Healing Meditation

In order for you to feel energetically strong and inspired, I offer this powerful and healing guided Chakra Meditation. It has been specially designed for you to cleanse and balance your 7 CHAKRAS. I've used the different Solfeggio Frequencies from each chakra, so you will notice an uplifting shift in your energy.

CHAKRA MEDITATION with Solfeggio Frequencies from Root Chakra up to Crown Chakra. Sometimes our energetic body is out of balance or blocked by certain emotions or fears.

Hello beautiful soul,

Welcome to the chakras meditation.

Let's get ready to go on a journey into cleansing and balancing your chakras.

Sit down comfortably with a straight spine.

Lay your hands on your lap facing up or down.

Close your eyes and let's take three deep conscious breaths.

One.

Two.

Three.

Four.

Two.

And three.

Relax your body and just be aware of your breath.

If your mind starts to wander,

Just focus on your breath again.

Whatever happens in this journey,

Stay in a state of acceptance and observance.

Accept any thoughts,

Visions and emotions that come up.

And observe any sensations in your body as we scan it upwards through your chakras.

You are now in a state of relaxation.

Imagine a bright red light coming from the center of the earth going upstream.

Feel your feet touching the ground and feel this red light entering your body through your feet,

Upwards through your legs,

Thighs and reaching the base of your spine.

Feel this light spinning clockwise at the base of your spine.

This light carries telluric energy which is now keeping you connected to the center of the earth,

Keeping you safe and grounded.

This energy gives you self-esteem,

Confidence,

Trust in your abilities,

Physical strength and stability.

Mentally repeat this affirmation.

I am safe and grounded.

I embrace my humanness.

Feel this light spinning around,

Cleansing all the blockages and bringing your root chakra into alignment.

Now imagine this red light slowly turning into a bright orange color and going upstream through your spine until just below your navel.

Feel this orange light spinning clockwise extending up to your pelvic region.

This light carries the energy of creation.

This energy gives you the freedom to create and manifest ideas into your physical reality.

You feel safe to enjoy the pleasures of being a human being.

You feel it is safe to explore your sexuality for it is a sacred gift for human creation and connection with your divinity.

Now imagine this orange light slowly turning into a bright sunny yellow color and going upstream through your spine until your solar plexus area.

Feel this yellow light spinning clockwise.

This light carries the energy of the sun.

This gives you the fiery energy to live your life full of confidence and strength.

You feel confident and powerful to pursue your goals.

This energy is giving you motivation and self-discipline to turn thoughts into actions.

Your heart is the bridge that connects the Teleric energy with the Cosmic energy,

The physical with the spiritual realms.

Your heart intelligence gives you the power to make balanced decisions.

This energy gives you the awareness and ability to love yourself unconditionally and to love every other being in this planet the same way.

You are able to forgive whoever you feel did you wrong,

This energy is giving you the freedom to create from the most authentic place inside of you where divine creativity is being manifested through words and sounds.

Now imagine this blue light slowly turning into a deep indigo blue color and going upstream through your face until a point between your eyebrows.

Trust on this point and feel this indigo blue light spinning clockwise.

This light carries the energy of your divine intuition.

It gives you the ability to connect with the divine guidance that shows you the right next step.

You feel connected to the divine and feel a deeper inner knowing and wisdom.

You feel safe to explore the mysteries of the spiritual realm.

You're able to consciously create your life because you can see the pathway ahead of you and you feel supported in taking intuitive action.

Now imagine this blue indigo light slowly turning into a shiny violet color and going upstream through your brain until the top of your head.

Feel this shiny violet light flowing upstream towards the sky turning itself into a white crystal light which connects you to the whole universe.

This light carries the energy of the divine source of creation.

This energy gives you a sense of knowing that there is a bigger and deeper meaning in life and that there is an order that governs all of existence.

You feel peaceful,

Blessed and connected to your higher self.

You are able to download the wisdom and creativity from the spiritual realm.

You are able to see,

Hear and feel your spirit guides team.

You feel infinitely abundant.

Now mentally repeat this affirmation,

I am light.

Feel this white crystal light coming downstream from the universe being poured into your being from your head through your third eye,

Your throat,

Your heart,

Your solar plexus,

Your sacral and your woo chakra.

This light now cleanses your entire energy field and connects both your human and spiritual being.

Now in a state of gratitude for the cleansing and balancing and healing that just took place in your being,

You slowly start acknowledging your presence in the room.

Feel the weight of your body on the chair,

Feel the ground under your feet,

Wiggle your toes and fingers.

Roll your shoulders,

Roll your neck and know that whenever you want you can always come back to this meditation to balance and cleanse your chakras.

Take a deep breath and whenever you are ready open your eyes.
