Good morning beautiful soul,
Let's get ready to start a new day,
A new opportunity to live this magnificent life you have been given.
Sit down comfortably with a straight spine,
Lay your hands on your lap facing up or down,
Close your eyes and let's take three deep conscious breaths.
One,
Two and three.
Relax your body and just be aware of your breath.
If your mind starts to wander,
Just focus on your breath again.
Whatever happens in this meditation practice,
Stay in a state of gratitude and acceptance,
Reminding yourself that you are now nurturing your soul and charging your energies for a wonderful day ahead.
You are now in a state of relaxation.
Visualize yourself getting up and getting ready for the day full of energy.
You are happy that you are alive and feel grateful that you get to do the things you're about to do.
Don't let your mind tell you otherwise.
If what you're about to do doesn't bring you joy,
Ask yourself now,
What kind of day would bring me joy?
And let your imagination lead the way.
Remember that the brain doesn't know the difference between what's real and what's not.
Imagination can take you anywhere and the power of your mind will bring anything that you desire into manifestation.
Visualize yourself appreciating your morning breakfast and the view in front of you.
You have so much energy that you want to take care of your body,
Your temple.
Visualize yourself doing the exercises you most love.
What is it?
Is it running,
Yoga,
Weight lifting?
You feel amazing.
Now visualize your commute to work going smoothly and safely.
If you don't commute to work,
Visualize yourself being happy and grateful with your work environment.
You're going through your day as present as you can be.
You notice and appreciate the little things in life.
The birds singing,
The smell of coffee,
The text message from a loved one,
The warmth of the sun caressing your face,
Or the warmth of your jacket preventing you from feeling cold.
The opportunity to be kind to a stranger,
The touch of your child,
The love inside of you,
The breath.
If you have an important event today,
Visualize how you want it to be.
See yourself going to this event and being amazing at it.
What do you say?
Who are you with?
How do you feel?
Carry this affirmation throughout your day.
I can do anything.
Trust that your angels and spirit guides are guiding you and protecting you every step of the way.
With this trust,
You can go about your day with a smile on your face and a bright light shining inside of you.
Rise and shine beautiful souls.
You are amazing.
Now in a state of joy and gratitude for all the things that you see for your day and all the things you have already felt,
You slowly bring your attention back to the room and to this present moment.
Feel the weight of your body on the chair or bed.
Feel the ground under your feet.
Wiggle your toes and fingers and know that whenever you want,
You can always come back to this morning meditation.
Roll gently your neck and shoulders.
Take a deep breath.
