Hello beautiful soul.

Welcome to the 3d to 5d consciousness meditation.

I'm your earthly guide Will Kaminada and I'm grateful for the honor to guide you into this journey within.

A journey that will take you to higher dimensions and will guide you into expanding your consciousness.

In this meditation your body will feel less dense and you will be able to communicate with higher dimensional beings that are always looking after you and guiding you from above.

Enjoy it.

You Let's get ready for this journey.

Sit down comfortably either in lots of spots or on a chair and just make sure you're comfortable and that you can keep a straight spine throughout.

Lay your hands on your lap facing up in receiving mode.

If this position is uncomfortable you can lie down on your back with arms and hands facing up too.

Now close your eyes.

Feel the weight of your body on a chair.

Notice the rise and fall of your breath.

Notice the rhythm of your heartbeat.

Relax your shoulders,

Your jaw,

Your tongue,

Relax your forehead,

And whatever happens in this journey just stay in a state of surrender and acceptance.

Accept your thoughts,

Accept your emotions,

Accept the visions,

The messages.

Now let's bring the attention to your heart center by taking three deep conscious breaths.

Inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth.

Breathe in through your nose,

Hold it at the top,

And exhale through your mouth.

Give yourself a big sigh,

Drop your shoulders,

And one more time inhale through your nose,

Hold it at the top,

And exhale through your mouth.

Feel your heart expanding.

And one more time inhale through your nose slowly and hold it at the top.

Exhale through your mouth,

Give yourself a big sigh.

In this relaxed state I'm going to ask you to focus on your crown chakra,

The energy point at the very top of your head.

Imagine a bright white light being poured down from above and slowly streaming down through your forehead,

Down through your throat,

Through your shoulders,

And finally landing on your heart center.

Now imagine the same light coming from the depths of the earth,

Flowing upstream,

Reaching the soles of your feet,

Getting into and through your legs,

Up through your thighs,

Your pelvic area,

Your abdomen,

Your chest.

You feel it landing on your heart center,

Encountering more light and creating this even brighter and bigger light in your heart center.

Now take a deep breath into your heart.

You are now connected with both Mother Earth and the universe and you have just opened a safe portal where your heart will lead the way.

Imagine this portal of light coming from your heart opening up a bright pathway.

You step into it and start walking one step at a time.

What does this pathway look like?

You keep walking and you feel safe and guided.

You hear your spirit guides saying,

Keep walking,

We're guiding you,

We're waiting for you.

Ahead of you,

Not so far now,

You notice a staircase made of crystal that will take you to a giant and bright gate,

Also made of crystal.

Now before you walk up the stairs,

You notice a being of light next to you,

One of your spirit guides that will assist you on the way up to the gate.

What does this being look like?

It gives you a sense of trust and unconditional love.

It says,

Go ahead,

I'll count to ten and you'll be ready to open the gate.

One,

You are safe,

Take the next step.

Two,

You are guided,

I'm with you all the way.

Three,

You are loved.

Four,

You are light.

Five,

You are a multi-dimensional being.

Six,

You are ready to leave behind the density of your physical world.

Seven,

You are ready to experience a new reality.

Eight,

You are about to meet your extraterrestrial ancestors.

Nine,

You are ready to step into the lightest version of yourself.

Ten,

You are.

This giant and bright gate opens up in front of you.

All you see is light at first.

You look around you,

You explore the space,

And as you keep observing the atmosphere around you,

You start seeing shapes and colors transforming themselves into beings.

What do they look like?

They are your cosmic parents,

The guardians of oneness,

Extraterrestrial ancestors who hold the information humans need to remember.

They greet you and surround you.

You feel a warm sensation and the most unconditional love you've ever felt.

You feel safe and extremely light.

They now take you to a room with walls made of crystal.

These walls shine bright.

What color are they?

In the middle of this room,

There is a bed made of crystal,

Too.

You are taken to this bed by your guides,

And as you lie down,

You feel like you're melting into the bed,

And you feel like you're in a cocoon of light.

All of these beings of light stand around you,

Always shining bright and sending you so much love.

They now get ready to fill your body up with crystals of all shapes and colors.

They start filling your body up from the bottom of your feet all the way up through your legs,

Your abdomen,

Chest,

Throat,

Forehead,

All the way to the top of your head.

Your body is crystallized now.

You feel the lightest you've ever felt,

And you leave your physical body.

Your guides embrace you,

And you feel at one with them.

You feel your crystal body shrinking into a tiny sparkle of light that goes up in the space and floats freely.

You feel a sense of bliss and freedom.

You see sparkles of light all around you,

And they are connecting with you,

Growing into a giant web of sparkles of light.

You are now one with all there is.

You are pure unconditional love.

You stay here floating freely.

You are now one with all there is.

You are now one with all there is.

You are now one with all there is.

You are now one with all there is.

You are now one with all there is.

You are now one with all there is.

You are now one with all there is.

You are now one with all there is.

You are now one with all there is.

You are now one with all there is.

You are now one with all there is.

You are now one with all there is.

You are now one with all there is.

Your guides are sending you an energetic sign letting you know it is time to come back.

You feel like you're coming back to your crystal body in the same bed you were before,

And your guides are waiting for you.

They embrace you and remind you that they are always with you.

All you have to do is to communicate with them,

And this connection can happen in infinite ways,

But it can only happen if your heart remains open.

Your heart is the portal,

And now your heart is even more open.

Your body is crystallized,

And it is easier to access these higher dimensions.

They remind you that it gets easier and lighter every time.

They take you back to the gate and say you're ready to come to your physical 3D life,

But they ask you to always remember that the 5D consciousness is a state that you can choose to be in.

Remember to feel all that you felt in this journey,

The unconditional love,

The peace,

The freedom,

Surrender,

Trust,

And oneness.

We love you.

We'll come back to one,

And you'll be ready to live your physical life even more connected with these higher states of consciousness.

Remember who you are.

Remember to keep your heart open.

Remember we are always guiding you,

And you can always connect with us.

Remember you are a multidimensional being.

You are light.

You are love.

You are ready to be led by love.

You are ready to manifest all the abundance you deserve.

You are ready to shift.

One,

You are ready to embody the highest version of yourself on earth.

The pathway back to your heart opens up in front of you,

And you slowly come back walking.

Back to your heart center.

Now bring your attention to your heart by taking a deep breath.

Imagine the light in your heart connecting you back to Mother Earth,

Grounding you to the soil beneath you in the depths of the planet.

Imagine the same light going upstream into your crown chakra and out into the space,

Leaving you connected with the energy of the universe.

Now in a state of extreme gratitude for the journey and for your guides,

You slowly bring back your attention to the room and this present moment.

Feel the weight of your body on the floor or chair or bed.

Feel the ground under your feet,

Wiggle your toes and fingers.

Roll gently your neck and shoulders.

Take a deep breath and know that whenever you want,

You can always come back to this state of bliss and oneness.

Whenever you're ready,

Open your eyes.
