Meditation Timer OnlineGracyn began her yoga journey after sustaining a knee injury in high school, and has been practicing consistently ever since. She completed her 200 hour training at Loveland Community Yoga with Angie Katz in 2021, where she is now finishing up her 300 hour training, and is also certified to the second degree in Reiki healing. She is well-rounded in teaching multiple types of yoga such as vinyasa, restorative, meditation, and even has spent a considerable amount of time teaching children from ages 2-10. With all of these forms of yoga that Gracyn has taught, her love lies with writing and teaching guided meditations. She loves being creative and coming up with unique meditations that will leave you feeling more imaginative, peaceful, and weightless.
