Wherever you are right now,

Let yourself arrive,

Not in perfection,

But in presence.

Let your shoulders drop,

Your jaw soften,

And your breath begin to deepen just a little.

There is nothing you need to change in this moment.

This is a space for remembering,

Not fixing,

Not striving,

Just returning.

You are strong.

You are not fragile.

You are listening,

And that's different.

You feel what others overlook.

You sense what's unspoken.

Your system is attuned,

Not too much,

Not broken,

And not dramatic.

Tuned and listening.

Let your breath move through that,

Like wind through trees,

Like water through roots.

There may have been times you were told to quiet down,

To toughen up,

To stop feeling so much.

But what if feeling was never the problem?

What if it's how you hold what you feel that defines your strength?

You are not here to be hardened.

You are here to be clear,

And your clarity,

Your discernment is rooted in this deep listening.

Feel that in your spine.

Feel it in the steadiness of your breath.

Feel it in the softness of your tissues,

And let it anchor you in your truth.

You are not here to carry everything.

You are here to respond wisely to what is real for you,

And to what's needed,

And to what is here for your alignment.

Let your body know that.

Let it relax into it.

You are allowed to care without collapsing.

You are allowed to feel without drowning,

And you are allowed to listen without losing yourself.

This is not weakness.

This is not over-sensitivity.

This is true presence,

And presence,

When practiced,

Becomes power.

Take one last breath here.

Let it be full.

Let it be yours.

You are not fragile.

You are listening,

And what you hear matters.
