Begin by finding a comfortable position,

Letting your body relax.

Close your eyes.

Take a deep breath in,

And then exhale slowly.

With each breath,

Allow yourself to release tension and come into the present moment.

Imagine yourself surrounded by a soft glowing light.

This light represents the frequency of healing,

Balance,

And transformation.

Visualize the light gently enveloping you,

Calming and soothing every part of you.

It's as if the frequency of this light is attuned perfectly to your body's needs.

You can focus on any specific areas of your body that need support or realignment,

And focus on the body as a whole,

Calibrating.

Imagine the frequency of healing moving through the body,

Bringing it back into harmony and balance.

If there are specific emotions,

Thoughts,

Or energies you want to clear,

Visualize this frequency working through them,

Transmuting any blockages or imbalances that are not in your highest good into pure light and energy.

With every breath,

The frequency deepens,

And your body becomes more attuned to its natural state of balance.

You may notice colors,

Sensations,

Or even sounds that accompany the frequency.

Allow these to guide you.

Trust that you are aligning with exactly what your body needs and is in its highest good.
