All right,
So if you're here right now,
Things probably feel like a lot.
Too many thoughts,
Too many feelings,
Too much happening all at once.
And it is heavy.
Maybe your chest feels very tight.
Maybe your mind won't slow down.
Maybe everything just feels,
Well,
Too much.
So let's not try to fix that.
Not right now.
Let's just slow down a little.
You don't have to figure anything out.
You don't have to solve anything.
So for the next few minutes,
You're allowed to pause.
Take a slow breath in,
And let it fall out naturally.
Good.
Now again,
A slow inhale,
And a long easy exhale.
That's it.
Now just notice that you're here.
Here right now.
Not in everything that might happen,
And not in anything that's already happened.
Just here.
And that's enough for this moment.
So now bring your attention to your body.
Feel your feet.
Feel where you're sitting or lying down.
Now you don't have to change anything.
Just notice.
Because when everything feels too much,
Your system is well overloaded.
Too much input.
Too much pressure.
So we're gonna do the opposite.
We're gonna make things a little smaller,
Simpler.
Just this breath.
In and then out.
And just this moment.
Nothing else.
And if your mind jumps to everything again,
Well that's okay.
Just gently say,
Not right now.
And then come back to the breath.
And again,
If the mind pulls you away,
And then you say,
Not right now.
You're not ignoring your life.
You're giving your system a break.
Because you can't process everything all at once.
No one can.
So we narrow it down.
Just this breath.
Just this body.
And just this moment.
Good.
Now notice something.
Even with everything going on,
You're still breathing.
Your body is still here.
You're still holding you.
There is some part of you that is steady.
Even if everything else feels chaotic.
So just stay with that.
And now let your shoulders drop.
Just a little.
Now let your jaw soften.
And let your body sink just a little more.
There is nothing to hold up.
Nothing to carry right now.
Just for these few minutes,
You can put it all down.
Everything can wait.
It'll still be there later.
But right now,
You don't need to carry it.
So now take another slow breath in.
And then let it go softly.
And then notice just a slight shift.
Maybe a tiny bit more space.
And well,
That's enough.
It doesn't have to disappear.
It just needs to ease a little.
And you can come back to this anytime.
One breath in one moment.
And then say not right now.
And then just be here.
So take one slow breath in.
And then let it fall out.
You're okay in this moment.
And well,
That's why we stay.
Good work today and namaste.
