Welcome,

For the next 10 minutes we'll awaken gently together.

This is your sunrise,

Not outside,

But within.

A rising of light,

Energy,

And clarity to carry you into your day.

So take a slow,

Deep breath in,

And then exhale fully.

And again,

Inhale through the nose,

And exhale through the mouth.

So one more time now.

Inhale light,

And exhale happiness.

Allow your body to relax where you are.

There's no rush at all,

Just being.

Now imagine the horizon inside your chest.

A soft glow appears at the center.

It's dim at first,

Like the earliest light of dawn.

This glow is your inner sunrise.

So with each inhale,

The glow brightens.

And with each exhale,

It spreads further.

Notice how gentle it is,

Just natural expansion.

So take a deep inhale,

Picture the glow in your chest growing warmer.

And then exhale,

And see it spread outward.

Into your shoulders,

Into your arms.

And into your fingertips.

So inhale again,

Drawing more light into your center.

And then exhale,

Letting it flow down into your belly.

Into your hips,

And your thighs.

So another inhale,

Brighter still,

And then exhale.

The light travels all the way to your calves,

Your ankles,

And your feet.

And now your whole body glows with the warmth of the rising sun.

And as the light spreads,

Notice how your body responds.

Muscles soften,

Joints loosen,

And your blood flows with ease.

Each cell begins to wake,

Stretching into the day.

And if you like,

Gently wiggle your fingers and toes,

Letting the light move through them.

Small movements,

Soft awakenings.

And then whisper silently to yourself,

I am awake.

And now,

Bring your awareness to your mind.

Imagine it as a sky at dawn.

At first,

It may be cloudy with thoughts,

Plans,

Worries,

Or even memories.

But as the inner sun rises,

The clouds begin to thin.

And with every breath,

More light enters.

The sky clears.

And thoughts drift away like mist,

Leaving a calm,

Bright space.

So for a few moments,

Simply rest in this clear sky.

Will this time quiet for a moment?

And now,

Imagine the light in your body not only clearing,

But energizing.

It fills your chest with courage.

It fills your mind with clarity.

And it fills your whole being with calm strength.

And then whisper silently to yourself,

I am awake.

I carry this light into my day.

So take a breath and repeat these silently,

Or aloud if you wish.

I rise with clarity.

I rise with strength.

I rise with peace.

So feel each affirmation settle into the glow within you.

And take one last deep breath in.

Fill yourself completely with light.

Hold gently for a moment.

And then exhale,

Letting the glow stabilize,

Steady and alive.

So begin to wiggle your fingers and toes now.

Roll your shoulders gently.

Allow movement back into your body.

And when you open your eyes,

Carry this truth with you.

The sunrise is not in the sky.

It's in you.

And it shines all day long.
