Make today your best day.

Do it every day to manifest your best life Find a quiet and comfortable place for you to sit down settling in in a sitting position Elongate your spine.

We will begin today's meditation with a breath of fire Breathing exercise.

So place your hands either on your knees or on your belly.

Take a deep breath in feeling your belly expand without pausing Exhale forcefully through your nose while contracting your abdominal muscle Keep your inhale and exhale equal in length Repeat until you're comfortable with the pattern.

So it goes like this inhale exhale Inhale exhale forcefully.

You can do as slow or as fast as you want So continue the rhythm Inhaling passively And exhaling forcefully.

We'll be doing this 30 times.

Let's begin and Stop.

Allow your breath to return to normal and notice the energy and vibration That you have just created with the breathing exercise Now relax down and begin to think back on some of the best days in your life The day that you feel accomplished joyous Happy,

Maybe it's a perfect day on a vacation Or it's a day that you have your most significant business deal Maybe it's a day you get the promotion bring them up as if it's happening Today feel the emotion coming the joy the feelings the vibration Imagine today Being your best day.

What would you be doing?

What would have to happen?

Where you would be who you will meet?

Imagine all the details The clothes that you're wearing The foods that you're tasting the temperature of the air the smell in the air imagine in as Detail as possible bring up all the positive emotions you have right now the joy the gratitude The sense of fulfillment there are so many things Wonderful things ready for you to experience today think about all the abundance That is already here your vibrant body your comfortable home the people you love your family your pets the birds chirping the air you breathe Bring them up Feel the overflowing abundance Feel the joy and gratitude the energy that you are Get excited get pumped and know that This is a fantastic day Feel the excitement in your body your heart your whole being Maybe bring a big smile to your face You can shake your body maybe clapping your hands Allow the adrenaline to pump allow the energy to flow let this elevated vibration Move you throughout the day go about as if you already have what you want act think and feel as if You have it all already and so it is
