Everything is energy.
You likely learned in school that everything,
Including human,
Is made of atoms.

Move the body Be it a stretch,
A walk,
Practicing Qigong or yoga.
Remember,
We are energy,
And if we don't move for too long,
Our energy gets stuck and stagnant.
If you are not driving,
Maybe stand up and walk around right now.
Or you can just reach your arms to the sky and bend to one side and the other.
There are lots of options to move,
Whether you are standing,
Sitting,
Or lying down.
You can feel the vibrational shift the moment you start moving.

Gratitude Being grateful is one of the highest vibrational frequency you can be at.
The more time you spend in gratitude and love,
The more your body's frequency rises.

Every time I walk barefoot on the grass or on the beach,
I can feel the energy from the mother earth literally comes through the foot.
And if you have heard of reflexology,
Which is a concept from TCM,
That there are meridian points on the feet that correspond with various organs in the body.
Walking barefoot is certainly one of the quickest ways to raise your vibration and through the stimulation of the meridian point on the feet,
It can also help reduce stress,
Aid in digestion and promoting sound sleep.

Eat high vibrational foods.
Since everything is energy,
So naturally,
Our foods also are energy.
When you eat foods that have a high vibrational level,
Your body goes into sympathetic resonance with those vibrations and you will feel happier and healthier.
Foods with the highest frequency are fresh fruits and vegetables,
Nuts and seeds,
Green tea,
Etc.
But since everybody is different,
You can look for food vibration chart on the internet and experiment for yourself.
Some people do well with meat and dairy,
While some don't.
So try it for yourself and see what works best for you.

Breathwork.
Your breath directly affects your energy and vibration.
So practicing breathing exercise can help you have more control on your breathing and your energy level.
A deep belly breath is a great way to cultivate positive energy.

Deep into the belly,
Hold it there for a moment,
Release all the stagnant energy.

Singing or humming.
Singing is an act of vibration.
From the first breath,
Singing moves the energy in a circular way inside your body.

Tapping or EFT.
The fastest and easiest way I have found to help you improve your vibration is using tapping or EFT.
No matter where you are emotionally,
Using tapping can change how you feel about any subject.
I find it even more so when you say affirmation while tapping.
Tapping involves the stimulation of the meridian lines along the body.
And by tapping these lines,
We release the stuck energy within these channels so that we can release this energy and allow our vibration to go higher.
When your vibration is higher,
