Hello,

Welcome to this guided meditation.

Today we are going to talk about your desires.

Your desires are the starting point of all of your achievements.

Getting clear on your desires,

This is where the manifestation begins.

Until we become very clear about our desires,

We will remain stuck.

I want you to begin by settling in,

Sitting in a chair,

Or laying down,

Whatever is most comfortable for you.

Let's start by taking a deep breath in through the nose on a count to four,

And we're going to exhale for a six count.

Ready?

One,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Exhale.

One,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five,

Six.

Again we're going to inhale to the count of four,

Filling those lungs completely,

And when we exhale on that six count,

Our body should be relaxed and this is allowing us to feel safe.

Ready then?

One,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Exhale.

One,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five,

Six.

Inhale.

One,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Exhale.

One,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five,

Six.

Today I want you to focus on the third eye area,

Right between the brows.

At the sound of the chiming of the bowl,

I want you to put all your intention to that spot in your body.

Focus on the inner eye.

I trust that my intuition is guiding me.

I am insightful,

Intuitive,

And imaginable.

I am in alignment with my purpose.

My mind is strong,

Open,

And clear.

I want you to take yourself to your most favorite place in the world.

Imagine sitting wherever you are,

Maybe it's in the sand,

In the grass,

And everything around you is beautiful.

This is your most favorite place where you can find yourself relaxed and at ease.

Take another deep breath in and exhale.

Imagine that this is many years from now.

You've lived your most wonderful life and you're reflecting on all of your experiences.

Imagine that you've done everything that you've ever wanted in life.

Take a few minutes to imagine what you've experienced.

What are you most grateful for in this life?

What are your biggest accomplishments?

What did you enjoy the most in this life?

Take your time breathing in and out and imagining this full life of everything that you've ever desired.

Think about how you feel.

What is the most valuable thing to you in this life?

I want you to thank yourself for showing you this most beautiful life.

I want you to open your eyes and write down a few things from this lifetime.

Bringing yourself back to your body,

Closing the eyes,

Taking that deep breath in.

One,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Exhale.

One,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five,

Six.

Inhale.

One,

Four,

Exhale.

One,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five,

Six.

I want you to take yourself back to that beautiful place that you love.

You're at your current age and you just have learned that an illness will take your life within the next year.

Knowing this,

How are you going to spend your time?

Really think about how you're going to spend each day.

What is it that you want to experience?

What is it that you want to accomplish?

How do you want to spend each day that you have left?

What are the most important things to you in the rest of this life?

Let's take a deep breath in,

Thanking our bodies and our minds for guiding us.

Twiggle the toes and the fingers and bring yourself back to this body in this time.

Opening the eyes,

I want you again to write down what it is that was most important to you during this time of your life.

Reviewing each experience,

I want you to list your most important values between the both of them.

What was the most important things in both lifetimes?

Take your time,

Breathe through it and write in your journal.

I'll talk to you soon.
