Welcome to this guided meditation.
Wherever you are allow yourself to become very comfortable,
Seated,
Lying down,
Whatever works best for you.
Bring the left and right hand together,
Placing the right fingers over top of the left with your palms facing upwards.
Bring this underneath your navel right at the belly button.
Allow it to feel like you're holding something right below the belly button.
Breathe in deeply to this space.
As you breathe in,
I want you to visualize holding a vibrant orange light right in that space below the navel.
This bright orange vibrant light is penetrating into the lower abdomen at the sacral chakra.
Today we're going to relax into the sound of the singing bowl and I'm going to guide you through opening and expanding that orange light.
So take a nice deep breath in and allow yourself to relax just a little bit deeper,
Allowing that orange light to grow.
It's warm,
It's expanding,
And it starts to spiral outwards.
It's creating this healing orange energy surrounding your physical body.
Every time you breathe in this orange energy healing,
It grows and it expands and it heals the body even more and even more with each breath.
I want you to allow yourself to feel.
Feel and express your energy,
Your emotions,
Your desires.
Allow this orange energy to make you feel vitalized.
And as this orange light expands,
You feel super energetic and inspired more than you have in a while.
Breathe in very deep and the orange spiralizing healing light expands all around the physical body.
It allows grace,
Flow,
Flexibility.
It brings pleasure and joy into your life.
And as we breathe in very deeply,
That orange healing light,
It's allowing us to have compassion for ourselves.
It's allowing our compassion within to grow for others.
And we forgive.
We forgive ourselves for anything that we may have been holding.
We forgive others.
We release any tension,
Any anger,
Anything that we're holding that no longer serves us.
That orange healing light spiraling out from the sacred chakra,
It takes out anything that's not serving you,
Anything you don't need anymore,
Anything you can let go of to feel more joy,
Happiness,
Energy,
Inspiration.
It removes it from the body with each breath that you let out.
And as you're releasing all of these things that are not serving you,
You start to feel alive.
You start to feel a little more free,
Lighter.
You feel connected to that inner child,
That inner divine,
That inner playfulness,
That inner happiness.
With each breath in,
You feel better.
And with each exhale,
You feel lighter as you let go of what no longer serves you.
In this moment,
I want you to allow yourself to be receptive to any pleasure,
Any happiness,
Any inspiration,
Anything that flows to you now easily and freely.
I want you to affirm,
I feel.
I feel connected to my emotions,
To my creativity,
To my sexual expressions.
And they bring me joy and they bring me happiness and they bring me peace.
And I inhale all the good.
And I exhale anything that I no longer need and anything that is not serving me.
And in this moment,
I feel that orange,
Vibrant,
Beautiful,
Bright light spiraling all around my body.
It feels warm and it feels safe and it feels good.
And I can come back to this at any moment that I need it.
And so I allow myself to slowly come back to the physical body.
And I allow myself to wiggle my toes and fingers and I feel energized and alive coming back to this space.
And I allow myself to open my eyes.
