Welcome to this meditation,

The field of love.

The theme is softening into safety,

Presence,

And inner peace.

Take a moment to find stillness,

Letting your body arrive exactly as it is.

There is nowhere else you need to be.

There is nothing you need to fix.

Place your hands gently on your heart,

And feel your breath moving through your body.

Inhale through your nose.

Exhale through your mouth.

Let your shoulders drop.

Your belly soften.

Your jaw unclench.

You are safe now.

You made it here.

Now gently close your eyes and begin to imagine a wide open field.

The sun is warm.

The air is soft.

You are barefoot,

Grounded in the rich earth.

The grass welcomes you.

This is your field of love.

A place where nothing is asked of you.

A place where everything belongs.

Look around and notice the color of the sky.

The way the breeze kisses your skin.

The way your heart begins to ease just being here.

In this field,

You are not too much.

You are not broken.

You are not behind.

You are held.

You are loved.

You are becoming.

Let the sun warm your face.

Let it melt the armor that you have worn for so long.

You don't need it.

Breathe in softness.

Breathe out release.

Breathe in trust.

Breathe out control.

Either in your mind or out loud.

Repeat the following affirmations.

I am safe in my softness.

I am worthy of rest.

I am allowed to feel.

I am guided.

I am whole.

Now gently bring your attention back to your body.

Wiggle your fingers and toes.

Notice the surface beneath you.

Notice your breath.

Notice how you feel.

Lighter,

Perhaps softer.

Place your hands over your heart once more and whisper to yourself.

I am here.

I am loved.

I am loving.

I am free.

When you are ready,

Slowly open your eyes.

Taking this field with you.

It lives inside you now.
