Start by taking a few deep breaths to relax your body and your mind.

Inhale deeply through your nose and exhale fully through your mouth.

With each breath,

Release any tension and worries.

Now shift your focus to your heart center.

Visualize a warm and radiant light at the center of your chest.

This light represents your gratitude.

Feel the light in the center of your chest.

As you continue to breathe deeply,

Bring to mind the people in your life who have supported and loved you.

Think of all of the people throughout your entire life.

Think about all of the kind things that people have done for you,

Their actions,

And the positive impact that they have had on your life.

With a grateful heart,

Start to express your gratitude,

Either mentally or out loud.

Say,

I am grateful for.

.

.

And then name the person that you're grateful for.

You can say,

Thank you for.

.

.

Whatever specific reason.

In your mind or out loud,

Repeat this for each person or experience that comes to mind.

And if maybe you just only have one person that you're feeling grateful for,

Stay with that person and stay with that feeling in your body for just a moment.

Now,

Focus on your own qualities and accomplishments.

Recognize your strengths,

Your resilience,

And your achievements.

Express gratitude for yourself,

Saying,

I am grateful for myself because of this reason.

I am grateful for myself for continuing every single day and being kind to others,

Not just for a moment.

Stay in this space of feeling a deep sense of gratitude for yourself,

For your body,

For this experience.

Now shift your attention to the world around you.

Think about the beauty of nature,

The simplest pleasures in life,

And all of the opportunities that you've been given.

Express your gratitude for these things by saying,

I am grateful for.

.

.

Whatever thing you're grateful for.

I am grateful for the dirt.

I am grateful for the ability to express myself in this world.

And just stay here for a moment,

Feeling the gratitude for the world around you in your body.

Finally,

Take a moment to feel the warmth of gratitude radiating from your heart center.

Bask in this positive energy for a few breaths.

And know that you can return to this place of gratitude at any time,

Even if it's just for a moment.

As this meditation comes to a close,

Slowly bring your awareness back to your breath.

Take a few deep breaths and gently flutter your eyes open.

Carry the feeling of gratitude with you throughout your day,

Knowing that this practice can be a source of joy and peace in your life.

Thank you.

Amazing. I recorded this, and I intuitively felt like I needed it this morning. I had forgotten what I said in the meditation, but it moved me to tears of joy and genuine gratitude.
