You start this journey in a dark,

Empty space.

There is a door in front of you.

It's a simple wooden door with a very old oil lamp hanging over it.

The lamp's warm yellow light illuminates a wooden chair next to you.

A cat is sleeping on it.

As you lay eyes on her,

She lifts her head and calmly looks back at you.

Then,

Very slowly,

She jumps off the chair and walks towards the door.

She places her front paws on it,

Stretching her long body,

Then looks at you once more.

There is something on the other side of that door that she wants to show you.

You grab the brass knob and turn it.

The door opens easily,

Leaving a crack wide enough for the cat to walk through.

Her slim figure quickly slips through and as you push the door wide open,

The smell of wood fire hits you instantly.

You step in and find yourself inside a wood cabin.

It's night time and the only source of light is the fireplace that warms the cabin.

It feels cosy in here,

Safe and welcoming.

The cat jumps on a couch that is placed next to the fire and curls up.

She looks at you intently,

As if inviting you to do the same.

You sit by her side and discover it is the most comfortable couch you've ever sat on.

Your body sinks in it perfectly and it supports you in all the right places.

You find the blanket next to you and cover yourself and the cat with it.

It's so soft,

So soft.

You're in a perfect cocoon of warmth and softness and as you watch the flames dance,

You begin to feel very,

Very relaxed.

After resting here for a moment,

The cat's ears break up.

With a yawn,

She jumps off the couch and disappears behind it.

You spot her standing in front of a door you hadn't noticed before.

It's round and blue,

Framed by a beautiful vine.

The cat glances at you then back at the door.

Full of curiosity,

You decide to leave the comfort of the couch and join her.

The door is small,

More suited for a child than an adult,

But you could fit through it.

The fresh scent of the vine is delightful.

You breathe it in and as you press your palm against the door,

It opens effortlessly.

The cat springs forward and you bend down to follow her through the door.

You find yourself in a wooden tunnel,

Its walls covered by vines.

The tunnel curves upward and a soft light at the end illuminates your path.

Your feline companion leads the way with confidence and soon you both emerge into a charming treehouse.

Beautiful plants and colourful carpets and cushions decorate the place.

Looking up,

You observe the light that filters through the wooden beams.

It's faintly pink,

Then green,

Then pink again,

As if you were inside the northern lights.

The rhythmic pattern relaxes you and awakens a feeling of bliss.

You look at the cat.

She's moved to a corner and seems to be waiting for you.

As you step closer,

You notice there is a trapdoor on the floor with a rope attached.

When you pull it,

The trapdoor opens easily,

Revealing a colourful slide.

You glance at the cat and she meets your gaze before leaping in,

Disappearing down the slide.

The slide calls to a part of you that has awakened in this treehouse.

A young self that is fresh to life,

Curious,

Hungry for adventure.

Suddenly it seems resistible and you decide to go for it.

The slide is enclosed and as you descend,

The colours around you shift.

First it's pink and green like the northern lights,

Then purple and blue,

Then brown and orange,

Then a soft yellow and finally white,

Until it becomes transparent,

Revealing that you are now in the middle of the ocean.

You keep sliding effortlessly,

Observing the vibrant life around you.

All sorts of sea creatures swim in all directions.

Clownfish,

Seals,

Turtles and seahorses glide by,

Alongside dolphins and whales.

Even birds like cormorants and penguins dive in and out of the water.

Some of them look at you with curiosity while others are busy performing the dance of life.

You are welcome here as you glide through their home.

As you continue,

You notice a building ahead,

An elegant palace made entirely of glass.

The slide is guiding you there.

You throw one last glance at the sea creatures before entering the palace,

Landing feet first in the middle of a room.

The cat is sitting there.

She patiently waits for you to take in the whole room.

It's vast and its ceiling reaches up to incredible heights.

Everything you can see is crafted from shimmering,

Crystal clear glass.

The walls are adorned with intricate patterns that depict scenes of nature.

Delicate vines,

Blooming flowers,

Enchanting sea creatures,

Coral reefs and seaweed.

On one side,

You see a glass staircase spiralling upwards,

Each step a translucent platform that seems to float in the air.

The cat heads towards it and begins to climb.

As you follow her up the stairs,

You observe the light that filters through the glass walls,

Illuminated by hundreds of bioluminescent organisms swimming outside.

You are struck by the ethereal beauty that surrounds you.

When you reach the top of the stairs,

You find yourself in a corner of a room.

There is a corridor with seven doors,

Three on each side and one at the far end.

Each door is decorated with the same intricate patterns you saw downstairs.

The cat waits in front of the first door and you grasp the glass knob to open it.

Inside you find a black bed shaped like a cat,

Covered with a cozy quilt and fluffy pillows.

Without hesitation,

Your companion leaps onto the bed,

Curls up and closes her eyes contentedly.

It looks inviting,

But you are curious about the other rooms.

Just as you are about to leave,

The cat meows,

And as you turn towards her,

Something on the dark quilt catches your eye.

Like magic,

A set of words begin to appear on the quilt,

As if someone were rapidly stitching them with white thread.

The words read,

Like me,

Find your own quiet place within.

Trust your intuition and let it guide you to rest.

Just as the night embraces its creatures,

So should you embrace your inner wisdom.

In stillness,

Find peace.

As you finish reading,

The message fades away.

The cat looks up at you briefly,

Before closing her eyes and drifting off to sleep.

Slowly,

You step back into the corridor and move towards the second door.

In this room you find a bed nested in a big tree and draped with brown leaves.

The bed is covered in brown and green blankets.

It smells of pine,

Moss and fairy tales.

Just as that last thought crosses your mind,

A fairy peeks out from behind the bed.

She's quite small,

And as her wings flutter,

A sprinkle of magic dust falls,

Making everything it touches glisten for a moment.

She sits on the bed,

Looking at you with curiosity.

Don't worry,

This bed is taken,

She says,

But don't worry,

You'll find yours.

She then gestures to the bed and continues.

See this tree?

It has deep roots and strong branches,

Yet it grows slowly,

In its own time.

Be patient with yourself,

Allow your roots to deepen and your spirit to grow at its own pace.

Everything blooms when it's ready.

She hovers before you,

Smiling,

And wishes you a good night before settling her small body back on the bed.

It's time to leave this room.

You step out and open the third door,

Revealing a round bed that resembles a nest,

Woven from intertwined branches and fresh leaves.

The centre is filled with soft straw that sinks gently under your hand as you press down.

As you lift your hand,

Something stirs beneath the straw and begins to emerge.

A tiny man's head appears,

With tweaks for hair and glowing green eyes,

But his body is that of a small bird with vibrant blue feathers.

He hops around lightly,

Peering up at you with a cautious expression.

Sorry to disturb you,

You say.

The birdman smiles and opens his mouth to speak,

But the sounds that come out are in bird language.

As he chirps,

More bird people emerge from the straw,

Joining in with joyful sounds.

While they sing their song,

The first birdman speaks these words.

Our nest is our home,

Where we return to rest and renew.

Remember,

We are all birds.

As we sing of new mornings,

Know that each day is a chance to rebuild your nest and embrace life anew.

He grows quiet,

And the other bird's song slowly fades away.

The next birdman speaks these words.

Our nest is our home,

Where we return to rest and renew.

Remember,

Your true home is within you,

A place of safety and warmth.

They keep smiling at you as they disappear back into the straw,

Leaving no trace they were ever there.

Then you decide to leave the room.

When you open the fourth door,

You find an egg-shaped bed with a futuristic design,

Half enclosed.

You lean in to inspect it.

The structure is white,

Hard and smooth.

The inner part of the egg is filled with painted stars in a dark blue and purple sky.

You inspect the mattress inside.

It's soft and perfectly warm to the touch,

But you quickly withdraw your hand as something invisible touches it.

Then you hear a voice,

Although you don't understand the language.

Who's there?

You ask,

Extending your arm in front of you.

As you do so,

The voice grows louder,

But remains unintelligible.

Then the egg-shaped bed begins to glow,

And the stars painted inside begin to move,

Forming constellations.

As they twinkle,

You find yourself transported into a dreamlike landscape,

Where the land is pink and the sky is purple.

Standing before you,

There is a translucent being that holds galaxies within their body.

Can you understand me now?

They ask,

But the voice is coming from inside your head.

The figure explains they're a protector of dreams,

And the egg-shaped bed is the portal they use to travel between dreams.

Within this portal lies infinite potential,

They say,

Just as within you lies the seed of all that you can become.

Remember that every great transformation begins quietly,

Hidden from sight,

As you grow and change within your own shell.

Trust the process and nurture your dreams.

Let them grow in the same way.

You leave this room and open the door to room number 5,

Which contains a bed shaped like an open seashell.

The air is filled with the scent of salty breeze,

Seaweed and sunshine.

In the center of the bed rests a sphere that resembles a giant pearl.

As you step closer to inspect it,

The pearl opens,

Revealing a baby that is half-human,

Half-fish.

The baby gurgles and smiles at you,

And suddenly she begins to grow rapidly,

Becoming a toddler,

Then a child,

Then a teenager,

And as she matures into adulthood and all age,

She shares these words with you.

Each morning brings a new beginning.

Your cells constantly regenerate,

And your entire body renews itself every seven years.

You are reborn over and over again.

Today is the twilight of anything that doesn't serve you.

Leave it in the past,

Let tomorrow be a fresh start.

When she finishes speaking,

She has become a very old woman,

And then she begins to shrink,

Smaller and smaller,

Until she is once again a small pearl in the center of the bed.

It's time to leave this room.

In room 6,

You discover a round bed with a giant headboard shaped like a fish.

You discover a round bed with a giant headboard shaped like a moon.

The ceiling and walls of this room are covered with small stars that glow softly in the dark.

As you step inside,

The stars brighten,

Revealing a person sitting on the bed.

You recognize this person because it's someone you love.

The emotion for you to sit beside them,

And you do.

A big smile spreads across their face as they look at you.

They lovingly squeeze your hand and tell you they have a surprise for you.

Reaching behind them,

They pull out an object that you know very well,

Something you cherished as a child.

As you examine it,

They place a warm hand on your shoulder and say,

Remember the joy you felt just by looking at this?

The joy that something so simple could bring.

You're surrounded by small things that can spark the same joy.

But just as you embrace joy,

You must acknowledge all the other emotions that come and go in your life.

Each feeling has its place.

They smile and point at the moon-shaped headboard,

Then say,

The moon waxes and wanes,

Reminding us there are emotions and experiences also ebb and flow.

Each phase has its purpose.

Find peace in every cycle,

Knowing that light and dark both have their place.

They fall silent,

But their smile never leaves their face.

After one last squeeze of your hand,

They let you know they want to rest now,

And ask you to head to the last room.

And so you quietly leave,

As the stars dim until there is complete darkness.

Then you open the seventh door,

The final one at the end of the corridor.

The walls are painted a soft light blue,

And in the center,

You notice an elevated bed shaped like a cloud,

Hanging from the ceiling.

It's the fluffiest bed you've ever seen,

And it's the only one you can see from the other side of the room.

You notice an elevated bed shaped like a cloud,

Hanging from the ceiling.

It's the fluffiest bed you've ever seen,

As if made of cotton.

Three tiny steps are positioned below it.

You look around,

Expecting to see someone,

But the room is empty,

So you use the steps to climb onto the bed.

It sways gently,

Like the most comfortable hammock in the world.

You settle in,

Suddenly feeling very tired.

It's been a long day,

A long journey,

And now you need to rest.

This is the softest bed you've ever known.

So cozy.

So restful.

The room's temperature is just perfect,

And soon you forget the outside world exists.

All there is,

Is this dreamy cloud,

This comfort,

This luxurious experience.

Your eyelids become heavy,

Your breath slower.

There is nothing you need to do,

Nothing you have to do,

Except relax.

You hear the faint sound of a breeze,

And it carries a voice that comes to whisper in your ear.

A cloud embraces the wind and the sky,

Surrendering to the moment.

As you rest on this cloud,

Let go of everything that weighs you down.

There is nothing to hold onto,

Only the peace of being here.

There's no room for worry or concern.

All is well inside this cloud,

All is well inside this room.

Allow yourself to simply drift,

To let go of everything that weighs you down.

Rest on this cloud,

All is well inside this room.

Allow yourself to simply drift,

Trusting that you are exactly where you need to be.

You are exactly where you need to be.

Just rest and let go.

Let go.

Let go.

Let go.
